Hi I’m Knight. I’m a resident here at the Stadium 150 apartments and here is my honest review. The bathrooms have 3 sinks, 2 toilets, two showers, big mirrors, lots of drawers, cabinets, hot water, 3 lights. All Utilities are payed for. Gym has exercise equipment dumbbells etc it’s right next to the lounge and main office. There’s a pool lots of chairs and some umbrellas, the water is cleaned once a day. Bedrooms are cool and medium size, the beds are tall as for storage. I use the dresser as a stepping stool because I’m short. The beds are stiff like foam and metal wires, I recommend getting a bed cover. There’s a lot of parking it just costs around 30$ I believe I don’t know I don’t use the parking. There’s spots for motorcycles and visitors. There are two exits and one entrance to the apartment complex. About parking I park in a neighborhood a block down is a short walk and I’m saving money. Living room and kitchen are next to each other. My tv is not a smart tv all apartments have a main tv. Couches do not come with pillows. Kitchen has 2 refrigerators, one stove and oven. A microwave, dishwasher, and sink with garbage disposal. All other appliances you must provide. Plenty of cupboards as well. The staff has been communicating with me since I got here always making sure I’m taken care of. Things you need here is a router for WiFi you can try to share a router to save money. You’ll need laundry detergent and a laundry basket or bag. Laundry costs about a 3 dollars to do one load so account for that. Monthly rent for me is 432$ a month on the first day of the month. I rent a shared room I think it’s around 532 for a solo room. I think this places is okay I live in apartment 2. Disclaimer, I don’t know the condition of the other rooms here.
Stadium 150 apartments are pretty nice places to live. My move in experience was not great since the cleaning crew never came to my apartment, but after getting it all cleaned up and sanitized myself, the apartments are pretty comfortable and in decent condition. I live in a 2 bed 1 bath with three other guys, so it’s definitely not roomy, but it’s something you can get used to. Probably the worst part is that you can hear every footstep of your upstairs neighbors. The amenities provided clubhouse, laundry room, gym, pool are nice. Management is very nice and intentional, and they’re pretty good at getting work orders assigned and questions answered. The location is pretty good, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the nearest UVX stop and from 15-20 minutes to get to west campus.
I’ve enjoyed my experience so far! The apartments definitely don’t have much storage space, but they’re manageable. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from other apartments, so bring ear plugs haha! They have nice furniture and appliances. It was pretty dirty when I moved in, but once it’s cleaned up, the apartment is actually quite cute. Love having 2 bathrooms and fridges in the 3x2 : great ward and management!
I am praying for whoever has to live in apartment 21 after me because the whole bathroom ceiling and wall is full of mold from a leaky toilet in the unit above. I have been talking to the management of the property for months about this and all they have done is patch the holes made by water damage caused by their ineptitude to fix their plumbing system. Don’t expect them to listen to your complaints, they much prefer blaming you for their failures and they will eventually block your phone number just like they did to me!
I stayed at Stadium 150 from October of 2022 to April of 2023. I didn't mind my time staying here. My roommates were pretty cool, I didn't experience any problems with the maintenance, I thought management was fine, and I loved the ward here. You honestly get what you pay for here, and that's what I expect when I choose a place to live. Some may be annoyed that you have to wait or send multiple maintenance requests for stuff to get done, but that's a pretty normal thing in the apartment world. I will admit, there were some maintenance problems in other residents' apartments that took a long time to fix and were kind of annoying to put up with. Some things I thought were tacky were random fees included in my monthly rent, and I didn't like that you had to pay for parking there, but I dealt with it, and the price of a shared room wasn't bad. The appliances I had in my apartment did their job and worked fine. Management would go out to shovel snow in the mornings, which I thought was nice. The clubhouse is clean, and the stuff in the gym works. I liked that I had my own desk in my room, and it was pretty close to the UVX stop. If you aren't familiar with the UVX bus line, you will want to live next to one of the bus stops. Trust me. You will use the bus in college.
So far the apartment is a little small, and there are little inconveniences here and there, but overall the apartment suits my and my roomates needs. The people and management are amazing and I’m really enjoying living here. It is aways from either campus so walking would be annoying, highly suggest a car or bike. The apartment itself is a little old and the floorboards and walls are a little beat up but otherwise its nice.
I loved living at Stadium 150! The apartment I had was freshly painted and well taken care of. Management and maintenance is great to work with and is very helpful! They have really great communication.
Best 7 months of my life, I've created so many memories in my apartment. Loved my roommates, my apartment was perfect! Really close to uvx and BYU sports! Elisa the woman who works in the office helped me finding the best option for me every time I had a problem. I can see they are trying to fix everything that needs to be fixed and trying to encourage social life in the complex. You can easily talk about your concerning to her and she will try to solve what she can! I would stay here longer! 100% recommend.
What a terrible place to live. There are multiple issues with this apartment complex, let’s dive into them shall we? 1. The Management. Have you ever had a gaslighting manager tell you you owe more money? At Stadium 150 you will! Have you ever been overcharged for rent? At Stadium 150 you will be! Ever moved out of an apartment before May and they still charge you rent for the month of May? Experience these life horrors and one place only! 2. The Upkeep or lack thereof. The smell of old fish will caress your nostrils in the worst ways for most of these apartments. The pool is not swimming with people, but with algae Microbiology students: This is the place. And the best part: if somethings broken, just call Maintenance! Maintenance will ignore the issue for a long time and then pretend to fix it! 3. The Parking. There is none. 4. The Integrity of the Management. See section 3. 5. The Bathroom. Do you like gas station bathrooms? That’s what you get at Stadium 150. Old toilets and no walls, just stalls. I had to repair one of the handles on a toilet myself *cough cough, maintenance and management neglect, cough cough*. Mold is growing everywhere. There is not a room with a lock for the showers… just a tub with a curtain against a wall. Roommates will see more than they want to, trust me Save yourself! Do not lease here! I would give less than one star if I could! I would take stars away from them if given the option!
It seems most people only write apartment reviews when they've had a really bad experience, so I thought I'd try to counter that a little by sharing my positive experience. I stayed at Stadium150 fall 2022. I was in a shared 3x2, unit 10. The room was large enough for two people with enough closet and storage space under the bed. The apartment was functional and for the price, it's a great deal. Management experience was mixed with some fast responses and some intentional ignoring. Pros: Large apartment with open layout. Good online resident portal for payments and maintenance. They usually have someone cover the phone during business hours. They made selling my contract an easy process I had to find the buyer and moved for reasons unrelated to my experience at Stadium150. Ethernet ports at each desk. Cons: The water pressure of one sink was not good. The dishwasher smelled so bad that we washed dishes by hand could never figure out what the problem was. The pool is basically closed Sept-Apr so not really sure why they have one. A sport court would be much better. Other apartment tenants would leave garbage on the stairs for so long we would take it to the dumpster just to keep the stairwell clean. Things to look out for: They will boot cars without a parking pass. They will sign you up for a credit building subscription that took quite some effort to cancel. $75 fee for late rent.
