We assign each client’s property its own area supervisor, or liaison, to visit regularly, check on employees and assess performance.
Liaisons recruit, onboard and process payroll, dedicating quality time with each property to understand specific operations and tailor recruitment. Local area managers and directors of operations are always there to provide support to your liaison.
Candidates are matched to the job description and your culture and values. We follow a three-step interview process, including phone and one on-one interviews, references check and “job realistic preview,” where candidates are introduced to the premises and local standards. Candidates are trained on general grooming standards, uniform code, training program (including OSHA) and other relevant details. Supervisors and managers closely monitor our employee’s adaptation to your workplace and local standards, especially during the training period. Rest assured that we do not subcontract services to fulfill your staff or services requests.
