I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Caldwell or the staff at Staffordshire over the years until today. Dr. Caldwell was pleasant and his assistant was pleasant. However, my encounter with the team member who came in to explain my plan left alot to be desired. She told me she checked my insurance and my services were not covered and I needed to pay in full today. It's not always what you say, it's how you say it and being wrong on top of that makes it even worst. After calling my insurance myself, I found out I was covered. When I called back and spoke with her, she had never called my insurance she was going to do that later when she got time. Again, this does not reflect on the service I have received in the past nor the service I received today from Dr. Caldwell and his Asst. However, tone, delivery and accuracy of details from the one team member needs to be improved. The service I was seeking today I have received in the past and happy paid my $1600+ with no problem.
The staff is always so friendly and professional! Loretta, the hygienist, was so friendly and made me laugh throughout the whole process. I have been seeing Dr. Lenahan for many years and he always makes the experience as painless as possible. He is very professional and very patient with any questions you may have. He always takes his time and never makes you feel like you are not getting his full attention. Be it from glueing a cap back in to filling cavities, I have never had any reason to complain. They are by far the best dental office I have ever been too!!
Very clean and comfortable, they have a beautiful fish tank. Staff is very caring and knowledgeable! My hygienist, Stephanie listened to what I had to say about the problem I am having and was very accommodating. The dentists all came highly recommended. I highly recommend this office.
Today was my first visit with SDG & I couldn't be happier! This office came highly recommended from a few friends. I had a concern come up this past week regarding my tooth & the office got me in for an appointment within the same week! So glad I switched to SDG & look forward to the relationship I will build!
Natalie and Dr Caldwell are experts! They treat me both with professional consideration and as a friend. I’ve never been more impressed by a dental practice and highly recommend them for anyone who wants a great dentist and an environment that takes the stress away from an experience that causes anxiety for many people. I’ve been visiting every six months for more than 15 years and would never consider making a change.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Galleli for years and love him. He is super fast so it’s great for someone with dental anxiety. Yesterday I brought my mother, who has dementia, in to see Dr. Lenahan. The staff was AMAZING with her, as was Dr. Lenahan. They treated her better than any other doctors office I have brought her to. I wish I had gotten the name of Dr. Lenahan’s assistant because she was an absolute doll. I can’t recommend enough.
I have never had a better dental group as Staffordshire. They listen to everything you have to say. They make sure you understand and are comfortable with everything that they will be doing. Great staff and the best doctors you could ever ask for.
Staffordshire Dental Group is absolutely the best! My dentist, Dr. Joseph Gallelli, is an awesome dentist, very personable and professional and the staff is so helpful, thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend this dental group.
Love Stephanie and Dr. G.. The dentist is definitely not my favorite place to be, I had such a fear.. but after going to staffordshire for the past few years, I no longer have that fear.
I’m not the easiest patient to deal with. I get very nervous and worrisome, and honestly, I can get scared. I recently had to get a tooth extracted. I was in a lot of pain, and honestly almost backed out of it because honestly, at least for me, it was terrifying. I had all these ideas In my head of all the horrible things that could happen. Dr. Joe answered all my questions, reassured me that everything was okay, and he kept me in the know the whole time during the procedure. After he numbed me up, he made sure I was comfortable, reassured me again, and before I knew it, the tooth was out. He stitched me up, had the office check in on me the next day and now, I’m so glad I had it done. It’s easy to just have people come and go for anything- but to take time and explain and reassure a patient, even every time that she comes, that’s a dental office worth coming back to.
