My name is Stan Drayton.
I am an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer, with 6+ years of real world experience training a wide range of clientele 18 to 80 years old.
I have obviously worked with those with weight issues, but I have also had experience training clients with medical issues including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, physical handicaps, and those recovering from serious illness/disease.
I believe the wide range of clients and their differing issues and abilities has given me the ability to effectively train just about anyone that should want my help.
Although I am not a Certified Nutritionist, I can (and do) give helpful eating tips and dieting advice if needed, as well as having a vast knowledge of the growing number of vitamins and supplements that are in the industry today.
The one thing I am most proud of in my training is that I rarely lose a client. Those that come and train with me, see results and continue to train with me for months and years to come. I do have client references available upon request for anyone on the fence about diving into a training program and working with me.
I look forward to building a quality client base and helping even more people achieve their fitness goals.
