The Maple" has been a familiar face on Ukiah's landscape for almost a century but saw a recent change when Brent and Rosemary Brown sold it to Ukiah native Stan Singley, who became the proud fifth owner of the "Maple" along with his wife, Amy.

Stan is a multi-generation Ukiahan who began building his career in the restaurant business in the 1970's. He brings almost 40 years of experience managing fresh from scratch food service to the Maple through his years with Luby's Cafeterias in Texas and New Mexico, and through his experience as a successful restaurant owner in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Stan and Amy are proud and grateful to call Ukiah home, and for the opportunity to continue the Maple tradition.
