Visited the Imaging Clinic at Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center Pavilon D and B in Redwood City and had a fantastic experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease throughout the process. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. After waiting for longer than the statutory time 15 days required for a medical provider to disclose requested records I waited 17 days, I called the imaging library at Redwood City and spoke with Andrea. After a lot of double talk from her, I asked for a supervisor. She hung up on me. I called back, got her again, and asked if she hung up on me. She said yes. Then I literally said one word: “Supervisor.” She hung up on me again. Contemptible.
Checked in with Ricardo- he is probably employee of the month every month! They ran on time for my moms appt. In the back, they were all fantastic. FYI - If you need your CD that day, it probably won’t happen! They directed us to a different location to get CD nice little walk within the building BUT people at that door not only look irritated that you knocked on their door, nor are they just rude but they tell you it should take 10 mins- after waiting 25 mins I had to get my mom to another appointment I had to ask them to mail me the CD which I seriously doubt they will do.
I come here each year for a chest X-ray and a CT scan as follow up on a center surgery I had four years ago. The people are friendly, but extremely professional. Parking used to be a chore, but the new garage makes it much easier.
