WAY OVERPRICED! If you're going to charge high prices it better be HIGH QUALITY! Honestly it's way better to go in 105° heat during the day than to go at night, I'll explain. During the daytime it's not crowded at all, including rides, games, and vendors so you can pretty much do everything you want to. Plus with the food vendors not being rushed, the food quality is better than at night. HOWEVER since we ate during the day and night I can say that nothing was great. Funnel cakes are alright, deep fried Oreos were sitting for a long time and they lost all their crunch and warmth. Big Jim BBQ chicken kebab was very lackluster, almost no smoke flavor and no seasoning with oversized pieces of vegetables that weren't cooked very well. I mean, I don't want to eat a 3 inch thick piece of squash that's cold. Plus their coleslaw has no dressing and just tastes like cabbage with pepper and their baked beans are very bland. $24 dollars for that whole meal is way too much. Overall I was extremely disappointed in the fair, it's been over ten years since I last went and I can't imagine I'll want to return anytime soon.
We have been going to this fair for many years. They have really shrunk the amount of rides. The cost of games and rides are high... but the food and drink prices are ridiculous! $10 for a corn dog! It is a huge corn dog, but come on??? A bottle of water is $3.00, a cotton candy and a icy... $18.00! I don't know how young families can afford to go. It is not the entry fee's that are outrageous... it's the food and drinks! I was going to take my grandson again during the week... were going to pass.
Good time and lots of food options! Get ready to get fat! Parking was $10 and entry is $15! Make sure you bring some cash. Also its a little warm so bring sunscreen and some water. The petting zoo is a blast for little ones! And the alcohol will keep the older ones happy! Checking the website to see who's performer is easy. And you might wanna grab a seat early if it's a popular performer or someone you really enjoy! All in all a fantastic time.
Wonderful Family Fun Location. The Monster Truck Event Blew My Expectations OUT OF THE WATER! Price is low too.
Disapointed how this cost $15 per person just to walk through the gate. Isn't there vendors at the fair? And stuff to buy? I would have liked to take my family but it would have been $60 bucks family of 4 not including food and drinks.
I come here every year for the amusement rides and to see crafts people make. There's also many farm animals to see and in some cases even an exotic animal like a tiger. I'll include some bullet points below to make your next visit more enjoyable. •food and drinks are overpriced try to bring your own water •There's a lot of dirt here don't bring your favorite shoes •There is a fee for parking, entrance, and amusement rides. •Its better going with a friend some rides require two people and it's just more fun in general
I've been going to the fair since I was little, keeping the tradition with my own kids! Destruction derby and monster truck show is always a winner! We love to see all the hard work put in by the kids showing their animals!! Can't beat a fair corn dog either :
The fair was ok. There are not many games for smaller children. They need an adult to go on the ride as well. The tickets lines were long but it was more convenient to use the self ticket station. You can use card or cash and reload card there. Do NOT try the garlic fries that are close to entering the fair. The garlic fries were disgusting! The garlic seemed from a jar and it tasted sour. Seemed like the fries were just dipped in oil and taken out. They were cold and not crispy.
One of my favorite places to bring my family during the summer. The CEO is down to earth, a great family man, and doesn’t hesitate to greet patrons young and old alike. The staff that run the fairgrounds are always friendly and ready to help. The list of attractions is long and always worth the trip. Definitely recommend.
Good family fun! Admission for adults $15 - Wrist Band for unlimited rides $40 - Parking $10 - There was plenty to eat for everyone, adult beverages and souvenirs. Make sure you take a lot of money... It's pricy!! And of course ATM machines are located through out the grounds in case you run out. Lol Restrooms were clean. Enjoy!!
