The Student Health Center is a fully accredited outpatient clinic that provides primary medical care, health education, wellness promotion, and disease prevention. Our facility is housed in the Health Center Building and is equipped with eight up-to-date examination rooms, a pharmacy, a clinical laboratory, a medical library, a minor surgery room, and two infirmary (short stay) rooms. The Student Health Center is funded solely by CSU Stanislaus students through a mandatory student health fee.
Primary Care:
Primary care spans a wide scope of practice including treatment of illnesses and injuries, minor surgical procedures, and preventive health care. Our clinicians include physicians, nurse practitioners and physicians assistants. They evaluate, treat, counsel and manage medical conditions. Male and Female Health Care services available as well.
Immunizations and Tuberculosis Testing available
Health Education and Promotion:
Providing comprehensive educational programs that motivate students to improve their overall health, prevent illness and disease, and reduce risky behaviors to support a lifetime of health.
Pharmacy:
Our pharmacy offers low cost prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) items generally at a fraction of retail costs. Prescriptions from Student Health Center providers and outside physicians can be filled at our pharmacy.
