Management is absolute garbage as well as the staff hired.  Waited 45 minutes for food when I asked about it why they’re so late in service  I was told another 4 minutes so I paid to get out to the next game as quick as possible.  20 minutes after that now running late on our next tournament game still haven’t received food I asked for refund  Management said they wouldn’t refund food that was never served to me.  Ignorant arrogant team.  Needless to say the two teams we came with ate somewhere else that had better service and food the next time around

Changed to this centre ice and the service sucked, waitress never checked on us, didn’t bring any cutlery and was very dismissive. They charge $4 to substitute your fries for a house salad. Ooo ya and the menu they brought us was dirty.

We’ve come here frequently due to the convenience of playing in the building. Worst mistake! I would give 0 stars if I could.The service has consistently been  horrible enough that I could not steer anyone else away faster. To begin, the service every time we’ve come which is more than 5 different occasions is always incredibly slow. It’s been so bad that other waitresses have checked on our table to see if our waiterresse is doing their job. They don’t use paper to write down orders, even on busy nights when many teams are going. Every time it’s been 45 minutes to 1 hour just to get beer, and this last time was over 2 hours to get our food, and over 2.5 hours by the time we got our bills after asking many times for everything being told they would be right over and taking another 25 minutes. To make things worse, Stanley’s has gone back to printed menus about a month ago, but the prices on their menus are a few $ less than what they are charging you, which is not the agreed upon price as the consumer agrees to pay the offered price on the menu. When we brought this up they told us “these menus are wrong, the computer is right. We are trying to update the menus”. Only upon further questioning did they change the price they were charging us. The menus are correct until you print a new one - or go back to digital as you were doing until a month ago and we won’t have this problem. Our team now would rather go down the street to any other establishment and we would be out much before 2.5 hours with a drink and some food that we’re sharing.

0 stars. Members of our hockey team were refused service upon entry. The manager refused to hear our bid to help them with a smooth service. The manager screamed families, including grandparents out of the restaurant and threatened us with legal action for no reason.

Wow! What an incredibly overpriced restaurant. $20.32 after taxes for 10 wings. Please refer to menu before ordering! 3 staff working the small bar when there is no table service?

I was pleasently delighted with my whole experience at Stanly’s Last night. The service was perfect and the recommended burger was the best I have had in a very long time. Yam fries . The staff was accommodating to our changes we asked for on the menu items and were always attentive to our needs throughout the evening without being overboard attentive. If that make sense. Our waitress was new but did an outstanding job. The manager took time to come visit.  and what a nice guy A pleasure to be here. Highly recommend even if you are not there to use other places in the facility. Cheers.

I would say that this place offers the worst possible service, if they ever served that is. This was my first impression, but I've visited Stanley's a dozen times or so for lack of any other option while watching a hockey game or practice. Typical wait times before someone even notices you are anywhere between 15 - 45 mins. No exaggeration. Want another drink? Another half hour wait. Want your bill? Best to ask for it at the time of ordering. It's a great spot, as they offer views of the rink, but that's all they have going for them. I am blown away at how terrible a business can be run. Zero stars!

We frequently come here after games for drinks, tonight we sat for more than 20 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement that we had even come in.  Did not ever even ask if we wanted drinks or menus.  Waitresses doing busy work behind the bar ignoring customers.  Not impressed especially after having spent so much money here in the past.  Update: it’s now been thirty minutes, we got the attention of a waitress and asked to order drinks.  She responded “drinks?” And proceeded to walk away and not serve us.  I will never come back after getting such ridiculously poor service.  If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Play sports at the Sensplex on a weekly basis and enjoy going up for a pint ot two after the game with other players on the team. Some of us good finger foods, some order an entree on occasion. Food is tasty and Drinks are cold. Pricing is reasonable.

I gave 4 stars becauase the service was a little slow but i believe it to be due to under staffed. Although slow, their staff was very kind and considerate.  Regardless of that, the place looked very tidy.  The food was delicious.. with being surround by ice rinks, you can eat and watch difference ages and leagues play/practice hockey. A unique way to mix good food and hockey. For thouse lovers out there!
