Welcome to the Stanwood Camano Food Bank Thrift Store SALE SITE. We are a non-profit organization. This page was created to sell quality items from our Thrift Store. Proceeds go towards purchasing food and personal care items for the community.
Our Food Bank is open three days per week for distribution.

The Stanwood Camano Food Bank provides resources and connections to alleviate hunger and meet the basic needs of individuals and families in our community.
The Food Bank serves children, seniors, single adults, couples, and families from all backgrounds who reside within the Stanwood/Camano Island zip codes of 98282 & 98292.
The Food Bank provides a variety of foods including personal staples and canned foods as well as fresh produce, meat, bread, baby food and dairy products as they are available.
The Stanwood/Camano Food Bank was founded by Jeanie Ovenell. Jeanie Ovenell began her mission to stop hunger over 30 years ago. Jeanie Ovenell and a few of her friends delivered food to residents out of the back of her car. For many years, the Food Bank operated from temporary locations. Through the generous community donations, our current building was paid off in November 2011. In June 2012, Jeanie Ovenell passed away. The new Executive Director, Thrift Store Manager, The Board of Directors and a host of Volunteers work diligently to continue fulfilling Mrs. Ovenell's vision and mission to help stop hunger.
