Just have to give a thank you to Kayla at the Wilkes Barre Staples. We were there recently to do some printing and she went above and beyond to help us and show us how to print the items. She has helped us before also. Great customer service !!!
Usb self service printers are ultra slow, laggy, and dont work at all anymore. 5 minute wait on screen to find out it couldnt download the file from usb. Laggy. Even when it works its still very slow. 4 out of 5 machines are all out of order too right now. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time.

This 5 star review is meant for an employee Kevin H. Hendrick? of Wilkes-Barre store. I accidentally left my purse in the store yesterday, I called and this guy was very nice and took the time to check the area I thought I left my purse. He found it. He truly deserve a recognition for taking the time in helping a customer even through phone. Just imagine how helpful he can be if you are physically in the store? I am very thankful to Kevin, losing my purse would have been the biggest mistake since I have very important papers in it, not to mention the usual credit cards and cash. Again, thank you Kevin!
I couldn't be more happy with the work their printer did today. I stayed up till 4 am last night working to get my files ready that I needed printed in a rush today - then emailed them to Office Max. I called Office Max twice to ensure everything was good to go and they assured me that it was and that it would only take a few moments to print. I drive down there and they have huge white streaks going through the black and white prints and tell me there is nothing they can do. They then assured me that the color printer was fine and the 2 color prints I needed would be no big deal. I stood there for over an hour and a half while they tried to print two pages. When they finally got them, they were discolored and had huge green streaks going through them. When I pointed that out to the lady, she sighed, rolled her eyes and walked out the door because I guess her shift was over. I was so frustrated I literally wanted to cry. So I called staples and asked if I forwarded them the email if they could still print them today. The lady assured me she could and I sent her the files. By time I got finished waiting for Office Max to finish and drove over to Staples, she had all the B&W files printed and boxed. She showed me a few and they came out beautiful. Then she printed the color ones, and even laminated an extra one for me to use at my show and threw in a little table top easel. It was such a relief to not only get to deal with a considerate person but also to deal with a competent printer. She took one look at the prints Office Max gave me and told me exactly what was wrong with their printers and why they were printing that way. I will never go back to Office Max for printing. Staples was a million times better - and on top of that - their prices were a good bit better as well!
The absolute worst. Aside from employees being nice that was the only reason they received 1 star and you cannot give a no star review. The Printing service counter lost 2 floor plans I wanted copies of and the lamination job i dropped off Friday was not started and it was Monday. To top it all off I asked if they could scan the floor plans to a USB so i have a digit copy of them. Come to find out after making 2 trips today to get my stuff the files that the tech copied over do not open as they were damaged or corrupt. Will not be doing business with them again.
Went to have a custom stamp made @ Staple's. It was supposed to be a 5-10 minute task. I waited in line for quite a while before a salesperson was available. As I gave her the details of the order, she allowed other customers to interject their questions and demands while she attempted to make my stamp. It shouldn't have been a surprise that due to several mistakes in the order, multiple do-overs of the stamp became necessary; two stamps had to be discarded. 90 minutes later I left as she continued to juggle several different customers. I became very frustrated and didn't have any more time to waste. Hopefully the one she intends to mail to me will be right. That is no way to run a business!
Customer service is horrible!!!! Their is a girl in the shipping department who is very rude i don't know how i didn't drag across the counter. This is the second time shes been rude to me for no reason the other employees are nice and helpful. After i had box my items to be shipped out she tells me that i needed to pay for the box when i had a shipping label that was paid for. I ended up going 20 minutes away to the post office to ship out my items instead because she was nasty. I did call the manager but, he wasn't very helpful. I decided to call corporate because i felt like the manager wasn't going to do anything about it..Hopefully something gets done so that nobody else has to go through this experience.
Used to order from Staples all the time. The customer service is non-existent. I ordered several things for our office and they were never delivered. I called to inquire and they said they left us a voicemail about our items not being available. I check the VM's everyday. We never received a call. This is about the 5th time that this identical situation happened. Never get any results from customer service. I've switched vendors. I also used to have an "account manager". I receive solicitation emails from her all the time, but every single time I've ever emailed her, called her, or tried getting any kind of service, I never even received a response. Buyer beware.
Extremely helpful customer service. Basically sat me down and talked about what I was looking for in a new laptop and service plan. Sometimes you can find an amazing sale or clearance item for cheap. Great location with many surrounding stores.
