Great, capable Manager, Jennifer bailed me out! A couple of young dudes couldn't figure out how to get the copies I needed out of my phone into print...nor did they CARE TO FIND OUT! I knew there had to be a way...this is Staples? She handled the problem so pleasantly it "soothed my ruffled feathers." Took her 10 minutes...took them over an hour "putzing" around...instead of asking! All's well that ends well.
I have always come to this Staples location , and have gotten the best customer service at the printing department. I just left there today and received some of the worst customer service from an employee named " Ariel". She directed me to use the self service kiosk, but in explaining that I needed my prints on 100lb cardstock she Literally told me , "I'm busy, come back tomorrow." I even explained that I can place my order today, and pick up tomorrow, and she refused. She REFUSED to even listen. So disappointing

Went to the printing section where we have been supported by the lady working there even though she was dealing with number of customers at the same time. So big thumbs up for her
I was really, really impressed with the professional and helpful service of the young man at the printing shop. He handled about 5 customers or more at a time with ease. Somehow he got all of the jobs done and helped everyone even though it was clear he had a ton of print jobs to do. He helped me perfect my printing job to make sure everything was perfect, down to the right margins. I highly recommend this Staples!
Worst place to make color copies, the machine took forever to read my file. Yes, it was a big file, 40 pages, but it took forever for the machine to do anything, from paying, retrieving the file and continuing the job. It printed fast, but it took me an hour to get this job done.
some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They refused to enter anything into the computer for the UPS packages. Refused to help and instead just stood in the center of the store and chatted. Customers were a complete inconvenience for the staff.
Parking is never a challenge here, which is appreciated. There were many sale items and clearance options. Also, they appeared to be getting ready for Black Friday. There may be some very good deals.
Could not find what I was looking for and was clearly lost however I was never once was I asked if I needed help. Found what I came in for but only one and when I asked the register if there were more, immidiatly to my face said no without ever even looking at anything. Then called on the radio and asked where the product family was. He did not even know where it was located. It was in fact the nearest isle to the registers. I will find some place else to purchase my office supplies. I work in retail, this is disgusting.
This is a dying store with Amazon taking over. it is just not working for them to pay $5000- $6,000 rent when everybody's going to Amazon for better price... next on the death toll of the archiac , too slow to adapt retailers. The service is mediocre ... I have to go up to the asst manager to get any help because the staff are so overwhelming and too tired to help me Wirh just 3 customer asking for help, they were already under staffs...
