Good people, eager to help, but they're understaffed. Painful lines at checkout, impossible to get them to answer the phone. I appreciate having them available for my business supply needs, but they're clearly on their way out. Amazon has taken its toll.
Staff wasn't as knowledgeable as I had hoped. You're better off to buy online through Amazon or Best Buy.
