I went to this location to print out some colored prints of some photos I had taken. I gave the man a flash drive with the images on them and he handed it to another employee. When they saw the images they wanted them, the employee said make sure to save a copy of those images. They wanted to keep a copy of my pictures without my consent. This made me very angry and I left. No person has the right to take copies of your personal pictures. They are essentially intellectual property and should not be taken from you.
This is One store I Like In The Glenmont Shopping Center Not Far from CVS Pharmacy and Madam's Papusas . This Is called Staples . It's An Office Supply store . As You go into the sliding doors On the way in They have things from Computers , Office Chairs , To Printers and Printer Inks , Date Books , Journals , And Computer Paper , School Supplies to so Much more . They have very good Tech Staff On Hand when you need help . They have Great Managers On hand if You need to order something . This is a place I Love coming to To Get Blank Journals To Datebooks and Pens . Near the customer Service Counter Registers They have Candies for Kids as well as adults . This place Is a Office Supply Paradise . You can get Lost In there For Years and never find Your way Out till you are satisfied with the things You want there . The Prices sometimes are affordable there and there are deals to be has every single Saturdays In their Ads . But I think It Might be best to have printed Out coupons to send through People's Postal Addresses Not Just On Emails as a suggestion for the future . I did Put an Online application a few weeks ago and I would Love to work for this place as a Cashier someday soon If they will have me . I am Dependable , Reliable , Quick On My Feet , Very Interactive with The customers , I am flexible , Dedicated , Determined , Faithful, Loyal , And Devoted Hard worker . If they give me a chance , I will RIDE FOR THE BRAND . But It's In their hands to decide . But I want a Full time Job there nothing more or less . For the things You all need at this store and love the customer Service and all And You Love it as I do this Place is for you . So Please show Your support and give this place the business It deserves again . We all Look Forward to seeing You all again Really soon .
This branch is a terrible place, they are not helping in any way.He had my money taken from my card 2-3 times.$15 for one copy Good money.I guess they get the salary of the employees by deceiving people in this way!
High prices, rude staff. Despite living in the neighborhood, I very rarely go here -- usually only if I need something immediately. First, the prices are insane. The prices are 2-3 times what you would find anywhere else. For example, they were charging nearly $25 for a USB cable I found at another store for $8. And the staff is RUDE and lazy. Even at their busiest, I've rarely seen more than one checkout lane manned. The line was so crazy long one day I just put my stuff down and walked out without buying anything.
On 5/7/21 about3.30pm, I went to this location to return the stuff that I bought last morning. The cashier who help me was the lady African American. I very appreciate her working. She is very helpful and polite. But my bad is I didn't remember her name. Nothing else but just would like to appreciate this nice worker.
The manager at this location is very nice and eager to help. Generally I have an ok shopping experience. Today I went to get copies made on my own cardstock. The girl at the counter informed me that she couldn’t do it and that she would put in an order. I asked what time it would be done tomorrow and she said she had “no clue.” I’ve been upcharged for “rush” jobs at staples but I’ve never had an employee not be able to make copies. Very bizarre.
Manager was short-handed but extremely organized, polite, and helpful. She genuinely seemed to like her job, which showed. She treated each customer as if he or she were a guest in her home. She was respectful of her employees. The store was clean, well-lit, and organized. Will definitely go back.
So I understand the crazy time "back to school shopping" is for the stores that sell such items for this purpose. I just can't seem to understand why the bathrooms are filthy, items all over the floor, broken , missing pieces and no one does nothing. This store always seems to have this problem even when it's not "back to school". What I do appreciate is how polite and helpful the employees are that's why I rate 2stars; just wish there was a better system implemented so the store looks presentable.
Ordered online for in-store pick-up supposed to be a 2-hour wait. After waiting 5 hours, I called to check when my order was going to be ready and was left on hold for over 10 minutes. There is rarely enough staff. Check out takes FOREVER. Never enough employees to help locate products AND do check out. Wish this wasn't the closest store to my home. Out of convenience I go, but I dislike it.
Make sure you stay away! The service is crappy at best. I tried to reserve a item over the phone and the sales associate asked me the item number put me on hold, came back asked me the item number put me on hold, came back asked me the item number put me on hold, came back and asured me they had it in stock. A few hours later I called back because it's a limited item. I call back and the guy asked me what I wanted, rudely. Then told me they didn't have any. I told him to check again because the sales associate before told me they had plenty in stock. He comes back and says it's not the one I needed. This is about as lousy as service gets. If you take a job you're responsible for ensuring proper service. You definitely won't get that at thi Staples. It needs to torn down.
