I am appreciative of the representative Crystal for helping me return an Apple Pencil I priced matched 10 days ago. She was patient and helped troubleshoot a couple of options to identify the purchase since I couldn’t locate the receipt. I understand the heightened retail company return policy with so much fraud going on recently but she still took all the proper cautionary procedures but was extremely patient. I had to provide additional transaction proof, during my entire interaction with her I didn’t feel rushed nor was she annoyed despite a line building up behind me. I will definitely be back because all the representatives have been a pleasure to engage with during previous visit and this time was no exceptions.
First time going to Staples at Cobb Pkwy and I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service. Dennis went above and beyond to ensure everything was printed correctly and on time. Great service!!
Recently was here to purchase a chair. The associate was super helpful and helped me with finding the chair I was looking for and also helped with the checkout. He also helped in getting the chair loaded to the car which I really appreciate. Overall was an awesome experience at the acworth store mainly because of the friendliness and helping attitude of the associate. Will visit to the store again for any of my office/school needs. Additionally the new amazon return service was super helpful in the store. Thanks.

I needed a new charger cord for my tablet. At Staples Acworth, after showing the associate my tablet, he assisted me in finding what appeared to be a viable option. The associate went the extra mile to test the device, just to ensure that it would work with my tablet. Turns out that the unit was a match for my device. I even received a discount on the item. In a day and age where so many simply do not want to do their jobs, it is refreshing to encounter somebody as helpful as this gentelman was.

I had my girlfriend recycle an old computer that was no longer working she accidentally brought the wrong one and the lady manager who is usually there was extremely rude it would not let me get my computer. I have a lotrecording of the interaction also because I'm treated like a piece of trash every time I go inside.. I spend a lot of money on it gear and I am a upcoming it entrepreneur and I'm well connected and just a field degraded like this and as an former staples employee, if I had more money I would consider a lawsuit and actually and thinking about it since I had important modifications that I personally did on the motherboard. Also the general manager was there for the second half of the interaction and paid no interest as she screamed at me to step back sir like I was being talk to you by my worst enemy. It should be on the camera it was in the main office or actually in the entrance to the main office I just peed my head into talk to the manager cuz I was trying to be polite cuz when I asked her if I could get my she told me hell no. So I was trying to diffuse the situation since I am an IT professional and more grown up now or I would have cussed her out completely and just went out and grabbed my computer myself. I'm going to tell everybody that I know which is a whole alumni of computer students about this experience. Also going to submit this to the major tech enthusiast forms if I'm not helped or compensated because was refused to get corporate's number or the lady's name or anything she wasn't wearing a name tag.

The ease of shopping and finding what I was looking for. I really liked how the store was merchandised. I had a wonderful check out experience. She went over and above to explain the reward program and some details.
I just went in with my bonus mom. The one that took care of us was Brooke. She was amazing she took such great care of us. Amazing customer service. We will never get anything printed anywhere else. We were there to have a memorial pamphlet made for her daughter. The other place we used wouldn't have them made in time so we went here for a rush order. Brooke went above and beyond to have exactly what we needed. Thank you so much we needed this blessing.
