Staples

The manager here was rude to both my secretary and myself in the store. The store experiences was poor. I have generally had good experiences at Staples so maybe I caught Chris on a bad day but he was unhelpful and I ended up having to resolve the problem myself.

This people seem to have zero understanding of the concept of urgency, how long does it take to print one paper that emailed? At this store apparently it takes a whole day.
