Came to this location to do a Amazon drop off and not only are the lines ridiculously long but they SUPER SLOW. When I get to the front of the line they can’t do the Amazon return because of something with their system. Then the supposed to be manager who is in the picture rudely tells me take it to ups. There is nothing she can do. I can sit and wait the 2-3 hours for her to contact customer service. Now I see why this location has 2 stars on Yelp. I will NEVER recommend nor return to this location EVERRRRRR!  I will be contacting Amazon and the BBB!

I came in and was greeted by an associate, who gave Me instructions on where to find My item and what was the best item to get for My particular need. While making purchase another associate was very courteous and offered a warranty for My purchase which I accepted. Then I took My purchase to another associate who assisted in My making duplicates onto my purchases, he was courteous, patient and instructed Me on how long it would be as I took a seat to wait. Overall the entire experience was smooth and I appreciate the help.

Drove here from Pittsburgh to ship an oversized item to Boston. The staff here is excellent. They were so busy and I still got in and out quickly, and they were super friendly. Wish this was my local store. Everyone was great and extremely professional, even with how busy they were. Thanks guys!

This one supervisor built me a chair. Excellent service. I believe his name is Vince. Absolutely top notch service. Cannot get any better than it was at this Staples

Just visited this Staples. I would brighten the place up a little. Lights are kind of dim. I waited a few minutes to be seen to get a document laminated. A young black woman caramel complexion helped me out. She was very busy even though the store just opened not long ago. She finally got to me and perfectly handled everything I needed. I didn't even get her name because she immediately ran off to help the next person. I never forget people who do well and treat me well. I will probably stop by one day, just to tip her for.being kind and to show appreciation for her hard work.

Thanks staples great and fast customers service... I came in last minute and girl with glasses didn't get her name had everything in control and handle everything with professionalism... And gave me a 10% for drop of customer only ..ty you made my night.

The service is horrible here. I went to use the self serve printers and out of 5, three of them had an error message that they needed to be serviced. I started using one of the two that was working and it stopped working midway and gave me the same error message. There were 5 associates in this area and they were all in the back room, and there was a line. I went to the cashier and asked if she could assist me and she said that she would ask for one of them to help. I went back to the printer and waited for a bit and just left. Staffing doesn’t appear to be an issue but the customer service is far below even the bare minimum and given the line in this department, printing must be a big part of their business here but there doesn’t seem to be much of an investment to have printers that actually work. Staples this location is a very poor reflection of your organization.

For back to school, I created posters and had Staples take care of the print job. They did a great job! Strongly recommend!

I'm giving a 5 stars because of this employe . My picture was taken couple days ago but has been rejected . He wasn't there when I took the picture but when I came back , he really took care of my issue , very seriously. He spent a lot of time and was doing the job with no complain. He really wanted me to be satisfied.  He is a good employé.. I've been in many place but this man is amazing. So devoted , professional, really wanted me to  He wasn't doing that like, he was just there for a pay check!  No,he was doing his job that like ,he was taking care of his own . Some people could tell you, to go somewhere else. Even don't care ,if you do not come back tomorrow.. When it's good , we have to say it !!! Very good job !! Thanks again! for the pictures!! God  bless you my brother !!
