Kali did a wonderful job at helping us get the furniture we were looking for. She’s very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She was able to get us approved for all we looked at and the financing was very easy and affordable. We were happy to have her help us again. She had helped us in February 2022 as well
We had a great experience purchase a bed with Jake. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Store has a variety of selections with great financing. Entire buying process was efficient.
Very friendly atmosphere. No pressure to buy. Kali was such a sweetheart! She was very helpful, answered all our questions, and looked all around the store to find the right sized pillow I needed!

Probably about the easiest and fastest furniture purchase ever! Our salesperson Elijah was friendly, courteous and informative. Had a very positive experience which can be rare now adays.
Elijah is absolutely amazing. He spent two hours helping me pick out furniture and he was so knowledgeable about warranty’s and the kind of wood and material the furniture is made with. I would recommend Elijah and Star Furniture to anyone looking for furniture. They’re prices and employees are amazing.

I asked my daughter to shop for me. I'm 72 years of age and handicapped with right hip being replaced twice, currently getting knee injections with knee surgery sometime in June. My daughter reported back with what she found and saw so today she took me shopping. We ended up with sofa recliner, reclining love seat and a new bed with mattress. Since I am handicapped the store had a wheel chair we borrowed and Elijah, sales associate, helped us to get on service elevator to view what bed, mattress, base and protecion plan I just purchased, the bed and recliner is just what i needed due to all medical problems. All plans and documents were signed. I'm so happy with my purchases. Thank you Star for great store selections and a helpful sales associate.
My husband and I went to several different furniture stores to look for a new couch. Most of the stores either didn't have anything we liked or the staff was rude and pushy. We were quite pleased that our experience with Star Furniture was different. Melissa and Elijah were very friendly and courteous. They took the time to hear what we were looking for and then helped us to find the best deal. So if you are looking for new furniture I highly recommend these two to work with at the Clarksburg location.
