To say I am not a morning person is an understatement! However, I am just leaving the drive through and they absolutely made my day. The person that waited on me had the greatest most upbeat energy. And there was a special surprise on my cup. I feel like folks are all too eager to complain about negative experiences these days and I just wanted to share that this might have been a simple transaction for them, but it really brightened my day!
Probably should go to a different location if you want some coffee. Very rarely does my coffee get made the way I order it, which is annoying because I’m already paying for good coffee at a premium. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue, but if it is, then Starbucks should be ensuring their employees are fully trained, and that they’re fully staffed at all times. Most of the time if there’s any sauce or syrup it’s not even mixed with the coffee, just a giant layer of it on the bottom. Victor Starbucks has never given me any issues so I go there regularly but the rare occasion I go to perinton, it’s never made correctly, not even the stuff that’s on the menu with nothing special about it.
My God, one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had, they gave me coffee with the dirtiest glass in the universe. The coffee was half foam and half coffee. I asked for an extra shot and they gave me hot milk, no coffee and the attitude from which I got it served to go away and don't come backFood: 1/5
I really like this Starbucks because of how friendly they are. They are fairly busy so I would say doing a mobile pick up is the best option.Service: 5/5
This place can be good, but if they mess up your order don't bother getting it fixed. I went today after a hard day for a pick me up. At the drive through speaker I ordered two fraps with some food I asked for larges and she clarified that it was vente and I confirmed that I meant that. I also wanted a shot of espresso in one of my drinks. I only noticed she put a quad on the drink when I was already pulling away and up to the window and I asked her about it as soon as I got to the window. She said it was her bad and I gave her the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen and it was as much my fault as it was hers. It took 5 minutes for them to make the new drink and they gave me a medium. I just drove away defeated because at that point I felt if I said anything it would just be worse. The worst part is they make you tip with the card reader now and I always give $2 so then I was charged $26 for the wrong drink and just bad service.
Not normally one to complain but the dragon fruit in my dragonfruit lemonade was crunchy and tasted awful. I ended up picking them out. I normally love this drink but this one was weird.Food: 4/5
Disordered method of making customer orders that result in long waits for customers. Separating the products to stations and prioritizing the drive-through and mobile orders results in walk-in customers waiting for a blended drink for over 30min or someone picking up 2 hot beverages, 1 blended, 1 iced and food to wait over 20min. It is inefficient and frustrating for the customer and the employees. I felt bad for everyone there as the customers were irritated and had nobody to listen to them with compassion and the employees looked a range of frazzled, stressed, didn't care to being clueless. There should be two separate teams where drive through is one team and walk-ins another then whoever can pick up a mobile order in totality takes care of those....just a thought. Also, it was an insanely busy time and every other time we have been there, the service was okay.
I am a Starbucks enjoyer. I walked in and ordered an oat milk latte and egg bites and a pound of ground coffee. I received my ground coffee immediately. I left after 20 minutes without my food or drink. There was plenty of staff working so hard. Online orders supercede in person orders and there is not enough parking. All bad.Food: 1/5
Positive shout out to this Sbx location! Even during busy times they are consistently on top of orders and friendly. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with drinks etc coming up in the time projected, or sooner, even during a rush and/or with a packed drive through.
