Starbucks

I've gone here a few times. Mostly online ordering, then going to the store to pick up. Regardless of how I pick up, drive-thru or inside, there usually is a bit of a wait. Other than that, my drinks are always made right and they keep a clean store.Food: 5/5

The staff is quick and knowledgeable, making sure your order is just right. The space is clean and well-organized, with plenty of seating. It's a go-to spot for a reliable and pleasant experience that sets it apart from other locations.Food: 5/5

This is the worse Starbucks experience I ever had. I usually do not have nothing bad to say about Starbucks but this place changed my mind on that. Next time in this area I will get deli coffee.Food: 1/5

I find that this Starbucks for the refreshers and anything that's not coffee wise overfills with ice. So I usually explicitly ask for light ice. What I got today was ice with a splash of flavor basically. I usually order a trenta which is their extra large. There should be enough liquid to fill their tall cups and there's not. So $6 basically a dollar worth of liquid and $5 worth ice.

Loving this Starbucks. So glad they popped up on 46! The staff is amazing and the vibe and decor is super cozy. And pretty huge for a Starbucks. I don’t think I’ve seen one this big in any one I’ve been to in Jersey. The staff is great and the drinks all came out spot on. Just want them to get that Wi-Fi working Thank you all. Keep up the great work.

I picked up an order for my friend and the lady with the short ginger curly hair gave me the wrong order then blamed me. Last time I checked shanya and Jane do not sound alike at all. She proceeded to tell my friend I said the wrong name. Poor customer service and ability to hear correctly.Food: 1/5

Never had any complaints until today. I find it incredible that the employees at this location especially the person in charge shift leader, supervisor or manager will be quick to believe what another customer might say without conducting proper research and without accusing someone of something they did not do. Not to mention let comments treat another client badly. I was accused of “cutting the line” through the drive thru when I actually was respectful and let the cars who were before me go through obviously because they were before me. Then I saw there were no cars after this van and perhaps the van obstructed the view. Either way there is absolutely no justification for how the person in charge responded to me through the mic. She said “to my understanding you the the line” I said no I was waiting before the other vehicle long before they waited at the drive through. Then before I got to the window the person in the van was clearly trying to stir the pot enough that the employee kept staring at me and the car behind me. So when I got to the window the employee didn’t say a word to me so I gave her my phone to scan to pay and then she gave me my drink and that was it. I’m just disturbed by how I was treated as if I did something wrong. It was a huge miscommunication on their end and a complete disservice and wrongful accusation on their part. After reading the comments to be honest i believe this is definitely an issue with this store and it’s sad because it’s relatively new.

I’m really big on reviews and I wish I would’ve read them before I chose this location. We were on our way to Willowbrook so this location came up on google. 2.5 stars.. HMM.. How bad could it be at drive-thru? I always order through the app and pick up through drive thru. I’m literally in the drive-thru line right now, have been here for 20 minutes or maybe more. Each car in front of me has probably waited 3 minutes to get someone to order at the speaker, then another 5+ minutes to actually get to the window. This location gives Starbucks a bad name. Even my mom just said they’re taking so long. My chocolate cold foam is most likely chocolate milk at this point. DO NOT COME HERE!! WORST LOCATION EVER!!

This place is comedy in a bad way Lmaoo how the employee! Gon tell me not saying it’s your fault but next time say the order which is the funny part because I ordered through the app and said it at the drive thru and also the drive thru window and showed it on the app while at the drive thru window with several ways to show what my order was how is it my fault it was messed up I could careless if it was messed up it happens but take yo behind home and go to indeed if you don’t like your job and don’t blame me for mistake you made especially if I came in calm and chill Lmaoo this review is for the people not the fake response saying “I’m sorry but we appreciate” from the person who runs this Starbucks account
