Nice large alley, usually can get a lane with minimum wait. We go there frequently and have become friendly with some of the staff and enjoy the conversation with them. Lane oil is usually decent except like weekend nights after its been used all day. Pizza is edible but the rest of the food could be better
Great food/Employees, I went there to bowl for a couple hours to de-stress after work. I went in for the first time and seen this beautiful place, lanes looked great and bowled phenomenal ended up shooting in the 190s - 210s I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some wings they came out amazing, the coffee shop employees were great asked how I was doing/if I needed anything I didn't catch there names but one had green hair and a beard and one had glasses with a nice dress on, highly recommend this place to all of my friends! 5/5
The ladies working the front are always in a cranky mood so it feels like walking on eggshells when you come to purchase a game of bowling. Recently we came to bowl, arrived at 8:15 and was told they closed at 9 so we would would only be able to bowl 1 game. Okay yeah that’s perfectly fine. I Asked if we would be able to finish the game if the time went past 9, they confirmed yes. So fast forward to 9 my dad is the last person bowling and had one more bowl left and they shut off out game. Not even able to finish the the last frame. It’s ridiculous. I’m completely upset. We would have never even wasted time at stardust if we knew we weren’t going to get what we paid for. But hey at least the beer was cold
Loved it went there with my 4 year old and they were very accommodating to us and we bowled and played arcade games over all very inviting place!!!
A lot of lanes and the wait time wasn’t long at all. However, the older male employee with facial hair and glasses was rude and had poor customer service. Made my group feel unwelcome.

Had lots of variety of things for kids to do as well as bowling. Birthday party went well. Only concern was about ordering food at the grill they have. Only 1 person cooking and was trying to kept up with 2-birthday parties and the regular customers. The grill was running out of condiments & another staff person came oder to get something & jumped in to help. At the end of the rush she told us that we needed to have let them know that we would be ordering food & could have had pizzas ordered in from a near by resturant, which would have made grill life easier. Since no comment was made about this when arranging the birthday there, I don't believe it was the customer's fault for the back up at the grill. The woman also shared that this cook doesn't always ask for help. The grill is a walking distance away from the main desk & she was too swamped to leave food cooking to ask for help. People just showed up all at once. She really was doing the best she could. The bowling alley needs to give more information about what is available for food orders & not give the customer the impression that it was their fault that the grill was running out of items or that there would be a wait for the orders. Maybe the front desk could just make it their habit to check in on the grill area. If the grill person left her area to walk to get help and something caught on fire then the message would be that your fired cuz your never to leave the grill area.
First time back after the pandemic. We like playing pool there. Plenty of tables and a pleasant atmosphere. And as always, friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back next week.
We went around 6pm. Perfect time! Nice and quiet! Customer service was Awesome! The food at the cafeteria was great! Overall, great experience!
I've bowled here 1 or 2 times really enjoy the lanes, the walk up i enjoy a lot only problem is it isn't the cheapest place to bowl. The prices could of changed last time i was there was 6 months ago but the staff was nice got us a lane fast and when we had a problem Ball not returning or lane breaking they would fix it fast id recommend coming here if you want to kill a couple hours they have a lot of balls if you don't have your own
