Many visitors bring lawn chairs to sit outside their vehicles to watch the movie. We remind visitors to please place chairs in *front* of their vehicle, rather than in the parking space beside it .

We ask that visitors please keep their vehicle headlights turned off during the movie. If the running lights turn on automatically when the vehicle is started (to charge the battery in the middle of the movie), the hand brake may be applied to prevent the headlights from turning on. If this does not work, we ask that visitors please speak with ushers or visit the ticket booth for options to avoid shining headlights onto the screen during a movie.

One of our favorite summer activities is going to the drive-in theatre. We're excited to try out Stardust drive-in, which is new to us. It's located just an hour away from Toronto and offers 3 screens. The best part is that it only costs $28 for 2 adults with one car for 3 movies. Their refreshment center has a wide variety of options, including popcorn, nachos, burgers, and various beverages. We highly recommend it for friends and families!
It was my 1st time experience in Canada to watch a drive-in movie! Take blankets as evenings can get cold. Also, take anti bug spray or lotion to keep the bugs away! Very smooth process to get in park your car and watch the movie under stars. Cad 50 for each car. They sell food and beverages. Popcorns POP and candies available. There are 3 to 5 screens I belive! You tune in to a radio station to hear your movie! Njoy!
Very nice place. Staff are very helpful. We love coming for drive in movies. Just make sure you have bugs spray.
Had the best time at the stardust drive in movie! We watched Insidious and No Hard Feelings. No line up on Sundays and it wasn’t packed and easy to get a good parking spot! I recommend going! If you plan to sit outside your car or have the windows open, make sure you bring a mosquito net or bug spray. :
Fun for our family, the place could use some updating. A lot of pot holes around the property. We went in for concessions and left without them as the line was very long, right out of the building. Otherwise it is a fun outing for our family and we are glad we still have a drive in locally!
Love this place! Very nostalgic for me. We came here as children. Great memories. The concession stand is good. They have created new bathrooms so the wait for the women is minimal. Decimating recommend for an inexpensive night out with the kids.
First time going to a drive in! What an experience. We got there a bit late so we did park too close but the view was still great despite parked on the end. Audio and visual was great. Lots of mosquitos so bring the repellents! My only complaint was the time it took for concessions. We spent 45 minutes waiting to order causing us to miss 30 minutes of the movie. I definitely do recommend getting there early to not experience this. Would definitely come again!
loved this place growing up. Now completely unimpressed here right now & debating on just leaving & forgetting about the money I already spent & definitely not coming back. A fun date night turned into nothing but ongoing annoyance. Want to lay comfortably in the back with the trunk open? Be prepared to have a rope in the middle of your view & half the screen blocked from your trunk. Sorry I didn’t pay for that obstruction in my face.
Good movies and a nice experience, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, the entrance and exit roads are TERRIBLY maintained and have huge potholes. It feels like driving through a slalom and some particularly bad holes make me wonder if there was any permanent damage done to the car. The bathrooms are also awfully dirty and poorly maintained. The food is great but the prices are not accurate and have increased significantly. That being said, we paid about $100 for a movie and snacks for two, I expected better. Not to mention some psychopaths that think it’s their job to police you and will high beam you if your car automatically turns off after an hour to conserve battery and you restart your car to reconnect the radio. Frankly, idk if it’s worth leaving the house anymore
1st time experience at a drive in. It was different. Good for family day out. Got to watch 2 movies for the price of 1. But patrons be aware that you will have to use up your car battery during the duration of the movies as sound is played through FM radio. You might get away with playing the sound through a portable radio, but the sound experience might not be comparable.
