The urns I ordered were beautiful and the shipping was fast as promised. Everything inside Shipping box were securely packaged. I highly recommend this company. I also ordered two necklaces to hold ashes and those were beautiful sterling silver and look great. You can tell this Company truly cares for it's customers.
It was easy to find the urn I liked on the Stardust Memorials website. There were many options of sizes and shapes. I chose the pewter round urn and had it engraved with my son's name. The urn arrived a few days later. It looks just as I expected it too. I am very happy with it.
I originally purchased an urn for my father from this company. When my brother passed away less than a year later I purchased another urn from them. Honestly I can not believe they had the nerve to send me an urn looking like this and expecting me to be happy with it. It sure does not look like the one shown in their photos. The one I received is scratched all up and looks like it was made in China. Honestly Stardust Memorials, where are your standards?! I will never purchase another urn from this company. Check out my photos. This urn is straight up disrespectful to my brother.
I ordered the Interlude Hand Blown glass urn with customized engraved urn pendant for my sister's ashes. The order was processed and shipped the next day. I received it a week later. Packaging was excellent. Customer service was excellent also. I could not be happier with the product. It is just beautiful!

Ordering an urn for a loved ones remains is a difficult task. I chose a marble urn with engraving. It arrived within a few days, packed so well it took a while to get to the urn. The urn was beautiful, the engraving perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better tribute for my mother.
