Jeremy is the absolute best home theater installer I’ve ever met. He calibrated my home theater using Dirac and easily showed me how to use my new system. My sound went from dreadful to mind-blowing. My bass used to just rumble and shake all my cabinets. Now I get a punchy great home theater experience with the same sub. My speakers sound clear and I can hear the dialogue track like never before. I can’t say enough. Jeremy is the absolute best at what he does and he knows his stuff.
I wanted a TV that looked nothing like a TV. Starpower delivered. They installed an absolutely stunning 75" Samsung Frame TV with all the hardware hidden in the wall. They completed the look by adding four in ceiling speakers and an amp that also hides behind the wall. This makes my living room look like an art studio when not watching TV. Guests have literally thought we had real artwork on the wall and were surprised to learn it was a TV. They did all this by coming to my home to prepare a custom solution at no additional cost. They charged fair rates for installation and setup. Their prices for the equipment were the same as I could find online or big box stores, so purchasing from them was easy. Would highly recommend.

This place is awesome it offers everything you want in a TV electronics store. The staff is fantastic very friendly and helpful. THE PRICES ARE INCREDIBLE THEY MATCHED BEST BUY LOWEST PRICE AND EVEN AMAZON.
STELLAR SERVICE & PRODUCTS!!! We used them for EVERYTHING in our home! JASON is THE BOMB!!! There's NOTHING he can't figure out & his customer service is unsurpassed! The guy works his tail off, is beyond proficient & an ALL around GREAT GUY! Whatever they're paying him they need to triple it!!! Al in Sales & Logan in service are also AWESOME! Can't say enough good things about this company & they were LITERALLY half the price of their competitors. A++
You all are a first class operation with a gem of a showroom of the best in audio and visual for a home or business. You do have that high-end feel which your expert staff reinforces and but your prices are as competitive as anywhere around. I agree with Kenneth! I visited this showroom with my Uncle who was looking for a few TVs for his new house. The service was excellent, I particularly enjoyed working with Ron who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely appreciated my experience at Starpower over Best Buy. These guys are subject matter experts and that is what I need when I'm getting ready to spend money or when someone I love is getting ready to do the same.
Installation crew was nice and friendly, that's the only reason for 1 star. 2 months later we are still waiting for them to finish the job. Terrible! Supposedly waiting inn light bulbs to cone in so they can finish the job. At this point I could have driven across the country to pick up lights and installed them myself! What a joke. $17,000 later and still no reasonable explanation from the store manager or company representatives. If we treated our customers this way, we would have been out of business years ago! I would not recommend this company. There are others who would be happy to take your money and get you the quality product and service you deserve!
My experience with Starpower was absolutely first rate. We were in the process of building a home and Hank made a trip out to the site to help us sit down and explore option for all the spaces. He was absolutely committed to making sure we were the envy of all our friends. He was incredibly responsive and detailed in helping us break out into different phases. The most wonderful part was the experience didn't end with the sale, it just began. Our two installers were world class. On two occasions I knew parts of the house would be difficult and they didn't balk. They went through extra mile. Clean, organized and willing to really get creative I was blown away. There is no question Starpower has earned my business for life!
Walked into Starpower looking to upgrade my TV for the new football season, turned out to be a great decision. Not only do they have a great selection and unbelievable low prices but the customer service was amazing. I was a little overwhelmed at first but, the salesperson made feel at ease and made sure that I made the right decision for me and my budget. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know that is in the market for home entertainment that your store is the only place to go. Thanks Starpower...
