He didn’t inherent the last name “Stark” for no reason. He’s a hero for landlords. He’s the “Tony Stark” or Iron Man for NYC landlords. I can tell you all one thing about this guy, he knows what he’s doing. He’s the most honest lawyer out there. Other NYC landlords tend to make up horrible lies on procedures just so they can get money off of you. However, Stark doesn’t do that. He tells you all the laws and procedures upfront and no lies in between told. You want your tenant out ASAP? This is the guy. Once the tenant opens the letter from Starks law firm, they go search it up on Google and see a 5 star review. That’s when they know it’s over. 5 stars because he’s a hero.

Stark Law - gets the job done. I found this firm on NYC eCourts BX docket; Brian knows what he is doing but he will not coddle you; even the City Marshal's office phone clerk knew him when I called them for some general information about their timeframe. And it was a pleasure to work with the other lawyer in his office esp. when the tenant requested too many extensions I won.
Brian Stark is an excellent and knowledgeable attorney and gets the job done. He does not leave out any details and is very honest. He is also surrounded by a great team of individuals who strive to help with any and all L&T issues. All of them do a wonderful job and are very helpful. Also, there is a young man with the curly hair who is very kind and gets any and all paperwork done STAT. If I can give 100 stars, I would.
Brian and his team are great, very knowledgeable and friendly service. He helped save me from a disastrous situation I was the tenant, just a reminder to all that tenants have rights and there is a proper way that landlords must act, in accordance with the law.
