Starling Physicians

Great if you don’t like the doctor to follow up with you. I had a procedure done a month ago and have called 6 times to get the doctor to go over the results with me. The results were already posted online, AND I already paid for it in full. I guess I am suppose to interpret them myself. After the sixth call to the office, I was told I would need to schedule a tele-call with the doctor which I would be billed for again!!! They waited until the sixth call to tell me that!!! Absolutely horrible! If you are in the market for a primary care physician, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

TRUE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL WHO WORKS HARD TO CARE FOR HER PATIENTS Zaneta Martinez now works in Southington, CT which is lucky for me. After dealing with Jency Jacobs at UCONN who dismissed everything I said because of a 20 year history of depression, it was a miracle to find Zaneta Martinez. She listened to me and promised to get to the bottom of my new symptoms, that have NOTHING to do with my 20 year history of depression. She took an extensive history and actually appeared to believe me. I am also a retired ICU nurse. She treated me as an educated patient and a retired Healthcare professional.

I struggle with Zanitta. She respects and treats my lung issues well, but when it comes to my Severe ptsd, MDD and panic dis order she throws me off to psychiatrists which is impossible to get into in a reasonable time. She will only give me 5 pills to hold me over to see a dr who is available in min 3 months so I just go off my meds because she makes me discouraged. But she listens to other aspects.
