Just got my eyebrows done here and their service is fantastic! I was in an out and my eyebrows look amazing.

Starr Beauty is a cute makeup store in the city of Northridge. They offer threading and customer service is always spot on. You won’t regret shopping here . If you plan on spending less than $10 , bring cash as there is a $10 minimum for card :

This place is absolute rubbish with horrible customer care, racism & scam like tendencies. For starters they told me I couldn’t use my card to buy items less than $10 so I was forced to look for an additional item that I didn’t need. Then they refused to swap an item for me claiming it was a return yet I hadn’t left the store!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Before the pandemic I used to come here every 3 months to have my eyebrows done. Today was the 1st time during the pandemic and I was impressed how clean it was. I liked how everyone greets you when you enter. Evryone was friendly and nice.. I like how they had hand sanitizer at the entrance and saftey dividers at the registers. The only thing that changed are the prices. The threading of the eyebrows are now $7.

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded, also an amazing experience. They also have a wide variety of make up products with cruelty free options. The customer service is mostly good, most of the time helpful. Their products are fairly priced and usually have samples to try.

I love love love this place . They have lots to choose from and all the girls are really nice and helpful! Im there all the time. I like to use Morphe brushes and they have a huge selection.

I get my eyebrows done here and I've always been very satisfied with the results. The only thing I strongly suggest is to avoid Jessica, she is the only white lady who does eyebrows, she rushes and has cut me twice. My eyebrows are done just fine but the bleeding is not worth it, everybody else is better and great.

Having waxed my eyebrows for years and now getting them threaded is way better.I always have my eyebrows done here. Before this place I had a bad experience.The other place I went hurt me so bad. Eyebrow area is very sensitive area to deal with At this place just tell them what you need done. If you want them to clean around your eyebrows tell them if you want to go thin tell them. Its been over a year and they all know what they are doing. I definitely recommend these girls %. Thank you ladies!!

The store it's self is nice welcoming and nice people. Have most of the things u look for. The only thing bad is that the eyebrow lady her name was shakira she did my eyebrows, but she didn't go back to clean the tiny hears left behind to finish and the next day when I woke up I was all red from lol tiny scars left behind with pain I could touch of how swollen I was. They need to be more considerate on there work and the pain they leave there customers. Not even some baby oil or anything. Again the store is awesome but the eyebrow lady not so great at giving her best.

Poor service. If you like half fast done eyebrows they're really good at that. My niece does a better job than these people. They do such a rushed job even though there is no one waiting in line & they don't even treat it with lotion or aloe vera. I don't recommend this.
