We were in the area to celebrate a birthday. The lanes and overall facility was really nice. The arcade is fairly big. Prizes are a bit lacking, but it is what it is. The bar is stocked and well priced. Food was decent. Pool tables were free to use and were first come first serve.
We had SUCH a great time. We are now making this a monthly family outing. They had bumpers for the kids and a good choice of balls. The staff is friendly. The music is GREAT! And we went mid day and it was still semi glow bowl so fun. The price was just right. Compared to going out to a movie and popcorn this was kinder on the wallet. We ordered the parmasean garlic fries! Mmm it was buttery and cheesy. The kid pizza xame with fries and lemonade., delicious!! And we ordered a separate side of fries they were so good! Thank you BOWLERO for a wonderful family fun day!! We will DEFINITELY be back soon!
people here make me feel so good about life and the environment is very family oriented. i love this place!!
Amazing customer service!! Buddy the manager was amazing and every worker we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The location all around was super clean, the pizza was amazing and our drink pitchers stayed full! The seating and tables for food was a plus! I saw so many families having gatherings or birthday parties and every group had lots of food it all looked amazing we cant wait to come back and try the other options! The atmosphere is very family friendly and we appreciate that.
So my company had an event there today from 4-6. I'm pretty sure it cost thousands to rent the place out for us. Everything was going good until I had to ask for assistance. 1st, the employees acted like I wasn't even there when I approached the counter. 2nd, when I told them what needed help with, they said a mechanic would be on the way. 3rd, no mechanic shows up for 10 minutes, I go back to the counter and inquire. I let Jay know nobody has showed up. He walks to the lane with me and asks what's the problem. I ask him if he heard me the 1st time and he said no. WOW, so you let me walk away without wondering I was there in 1st place. Where they teach that customer service at?? So not only did my company pay for this private event, the staff weren't even listening. I'm glad I looked at his name tag, JAY you can do better. You know I'll be letting our HR know, since they set it up. Otherwise, we had a great time
We really enjoyed our Monday night at Bowlero! We actually didn’t go bowling, but we went to the bar and got a beer and played some people. Even though it was a Monday night we were shocked how empty it was. We were the only ones playing pool which made it kind of fun and not to mention it was only $10 an hour to play pool which is very reasonable. However I would definitely recommend bringing your own pool cue if you have one because 90% of there’s are broken. We found only 2 that were intact. I hope that they are able to get new cues in the future but I understand if people abuse them. The beer was also reasonably priced and it seemed like the alley and arcade were clean and fun. Will come back again for another pool night!
Everytime we come here something is broken. Lanes don't reset, bumpers don't work, games are broken or missing components, no one at the bar or the arcade area and the front desk attendants are rude as hell. Specifically the Asian man at the front and the older white lady. They constantly give attitude when they have to call for other help. When we finally left because nothing seemed to get resolved we saw BOTH of them outside talking and smoking after we had been told they were too busy to help us. Also, they have walkie talkies but you'd swear they don't work because they'll radio for someone and they'll never come. The only people who were remotely helpful were the two arcade attendants, but that was only when they were actually in the arcade. On multiple occasions we've had to wait 30 minutes or more for help. When it was Stars at least things worked. Sure it looked a little old, but I'd take old and working over new and broken. The only reason we come is because it's so close, but I'm strongly considering never coming back unless something changes. I can't believe such a beloved place from my childhood has changed ownership and gone so downhill.
Newly remodeled so it looks nice, food was ok. Prices are high and make sure someone is working the arcade before buying cards. My kids played then we’re told there wasn’t anyone to redeem tickets for prizes and told too bad you’ll have to come back.
This review is long overdue. Had a party 7p on April 8th. Let me just say best adult party we had. Marsha the manager took care of our party that whole night and because of her we all had a great time. Started out Bowling and ended the night in the bar. Thank you Marsha for taking care of us. The staff you had in the arcade even made our kids enjoy the whole night.
Second time having a horrible experience at the arcade. Nobody was at the prize redemption station, waited for 30 mins and went to ask at the front desk. There was a short Asian man who was extremely rude about me asking for help. He said if we wanted help we would have to wait for 30 min to 1 hour. This was after my boyfriend had already asked twice before I went and after waiting for 30mins. Not to mention earlier that night we had already waited 30mins for an attenend to help us with a broken machine, so we had already spent over an hour waiting for help. We weren't able to redeem any of our coins because the machines were also broken, so we left with tons of unnecessary game chips. And to top it all off, on our way out we saw the same asian man on a smoke breal outside gossiping with another coworker. He didn't seem super busy to me so he could've totally toned down on the attitude when I asked for help. This place needs better staff!
