The program is delivered in a safe and supportive environment to ensure the student’s progression is consistent and effective. Class structure is the key to the success of this program, the student follows a carefully structured program where skill builds upon skill. After a simple warm-up, techniques are taught and practiced to be finally absorbed kinesthetically through specific training.
