Great Bank the employees are great Laura Rodriguez is apsolutly amazing. Extremely helpful she totally went out of the way for me. There great people that do everything they can to take care of there customers. GREAT BANK
They forgot to mention they charge $5 monthly/billing cycle if your account is under $200. Because taking money from your loyal customers without telling them is a great way to keep them loyal. When I spoke with a banker forgot name, had the worst customer service attitude ever I was cut off, interrupted and not taken seriously. My family has been using this bank and wintrust for many years. Really disappointed after my first account with them by myself. Just can’t get over how rude and unprofessional the banker was.
This bank has proven to be a substandard bank. This is achieved when managers repeatedly avoid getting involved with day to day problems. Is it a coincidence when receptionists always tell you supervisors are in meetings without checking it out ? Managers at this bank truly feel customers are the problem when a complaint is made about the poor service..... There are several good managers that try hard but, they are swimming in an ocean of incompetence as demonstrated by the area manager Bill Adams. Don't bother wasting your time with this bank.
Vianca Uriostegui Excellent and knowlegable This is a new branch so i didn't know what to expect. I guess i expected a few teething problems, but they have been excellent. I opened new accounts here and its now our regular personal and business branch. The customer service team are wonderful always friendly, fast and willing to help. The branch Universal Banker Vianca Uriostegui is also top class. Very helpful and responsive. She is very personable and its clear that is the way she wants the branch to operate.
I asked to not allow over drafts and was told I had to open a credit card. Smh why do I need a credit card to avoid 30 dollar fees. The women said it’s just company policy.
They are Wonderful . After my divorce they helped me learn how balance my check book. For a few months I would go a show me again..Very patient with me. I would recommend to go to State Bank of the Lakes
Very friendly and helpful. Unlike some bigger banks.
Horrible bank Would not recommend, step up training.
They are the best bank around. They treat people with respect.
