NY resident that got a overdue o ticket in PA shout out to Grace for helping me navigate the parking portal and staying on the line with me to make sure things went smooth
I put 7 $ till the time I was in work sight got few minutes late to put the quarter they give ticket . I will appeal the ticket they said you should use online app .first time in state college & person who denied the appeal didn’t say ok we will give break or nothing instead of reducing ticket they straight increase 5 more dollars . They need to do something with this parking ticket issue.
Nothing had angered me more in state college than this scam except for my Heat Transfer class.
State College is a massive food delivery area. Like its one of the best places to work as a delivery driver in Pennsylvania. Therefore, there are TONS of downtown restaurants and tons of drivers that work in the downtown area. 90% don’t provide parking for customers, which screws us delivery drivers because we have nowhere to park. How are you gonna ticket delivery drivers and give them nowhere to park? Our four ways and food delivery sign should be enough not to get ticketed, but i guess not. If you don’t want us parking illegally, GIVE US SOMEWHERE TO PARK. Downtown state college is the worst with parking out of any college town and its not even close.
Rude inaccurate customer service. 30 DOLLAR ticket! for paint contractor parking across sidewalk on MY PROPERTY for 10 minutes. Income generation for Borough. Like my property taxes which skyrocketed to cover $26 million school board investment loss aren't enough.
Extremely rude customer service in their office. Shawna was very rude, and seemed to take pleasure in providing awful service.
Parked my car for 3 MINUTES to run in and pick up food from a restaurant. I was one of 8-10 cars in the entire parking lot. Came out to a $20 ticket. My cheap dinner isn't so cheap anymore.
