I am very disappointed with you guys. Recently I went in to make a simple $20 deposit not knowing that you guys would cause such a big issue with all the accounts I had attach to other accounts for my family. I went in with an old debit card that was never activated I knew of this and it wasn't an issue I had another card that had broke on me previously that was still active when I came in one particular day. An older Asian guy assisted me I told him that I just needed to make a deposit he went to look at the account and realized the card I gave him wasn't active and he made a big deal out of it. I clearly told him this wasn't an issue it was more important that the money got into the account. He insisted that he would look into the card I told him no it wasn't a big deal. He ignored what I said and called someone to try to get the card activated I knew this wasn't possible myself and I don't even work for the company. He was told that it couldn't done he asked if a new card could come to the branch and I said sure why not I now work in the area he said I would get a call when it came its been over three weeks and nothing yet. Not only have I not received my card he also deleted my old card from my account without my acknowledgement forcing late fees and insufficient fund charges due to me having the account link to places with this card. I feel I should be reimbursed but I doubt that would happen especially when you guys were already telling me you would cancel the account roughly a week prior to this incident. I need an update on where my card is at your earliest convenience. I was told you all would be reaching out to me and have not an one of your tellers has caused a big issue for me I am unable to send my daughter money and pay my bills properly now. I have had to use other alternatives.
I see reviews that seem biased, so I have to add I've never had any issues with this branch in over a decade. They've even helped me transfer car titles when they didn't even have to. Considering the fees that commercial banks once charged me, I'm personally very grateful for these guys. Nowadays, it seems a lot of people forget to first count their blessings and avoid animosity.
Reigh is the best employee yet his smile and warm heart is very greeting he is so kind and walked me through everything I needed to know even when his coworker was giving me the run around he showed up and helped the best way he could
This is my second time encountering the Indian lady at the teller. She need more training! If you are not sure of something PLEASE stop assuming things that you don’t know! Then get an attitude when I tell you that you are wrong because I LITERALLY just got off the phone with the branch before coming in. She finally then called to ask someone and tried to make it seem like I was the crazy one. I saw her laughing on the low while telling whoever she was talking to that “it’s a Monday “. No, it’s called you are not keeping track of the updates at the branch and DONT KNOW!!!!! I will not go to her again if I can help it! This is the SECU in Apex NC.
Very clean and friendly employees. They are always asking to help as well smiling all the time.
I have been a customer for nearly a decade, and during that time, I never met a nicer teller than a woman from the other day! Her name was Melody and when she realized I was having a rough day, she asked me what was wrong and offered her help. She absolutely made my day and I cannot thank her enough.
I wanted to access the safe deposit box and I was waiting. There is another guy who comes in to access the safe deposit box also way after me. This guy was a friend of the employee and they made me wait and then takes care of the guy who came way after me for the same exact thing. I had to continue to wait for a while to get my work done Discrimination is not good, I don’t like it, and I believe nobody else likes it too.
I just went through the drive thru at this branch and after waiting 30 minutes in line my husband and I were treated awful. The teller was named melody and she was rude and disrespectful to my family. Honestly it even felt like we were being profiled. I’ve never been more upset about this experience in my life. I’ve banked with them for years and never been treated that way before. Come to find out not long ago my husband tells me the same teller treated him that way once before. Now even more upset. I called the branch manager and tried speaking about this situation but all I got was excuses for her and how stressed she might be. Not ok; you do not treat customers bad no matter how terrible your day was. This a a time we’re we are suppose to be coming together and being kind but I did not get that today when going to Apex SECU.
Romello and all the staff at the Apex Are great. Their service exceptional And they always try and work with the customer and give them a good solid financial advice. Thank you Michelle Morand
Very unprofessional and uncaring branch! After over 15 years of banking with them, we had to go elsewhere for our mortgage loan, which we had NO problem securing with another company. Furthermore, when our daughter was diagnosed with cancer, this so called "family bank" wouldn't help us with a hardship loan...after FIFTEEN freaking years of patronage! And the absolute LAST straw was when the employee, BECKY, removed money that we placed in our sick daughter's joint-account for medicine, and applied to our car payment because SHE decided that should be paid first instead of our daughter's treatment. It was a hassle to get that reversed. Maybe it all depends on which branch one banks with, but THIS establishment is HIGHLY unprofessional, vengeful, and uncaring.
