Ive been here 4 years now. The rooms are small but you have Direct TV free internet 48 inch flat screen. Great location bus stop going east and west and light rail only a couple blocks to walk.Rooms: 4/5
Nice affordable and comfortable! Stay for away when I was working my way up. Small and quiet and never even here a peep. They most definitely pick and choose and not just let anyone in.
The Ol Place is still there. It has not changed much either. Somewhat Historic but doubtful any rooms are available due to long time Residents.
Lowest rates on the whole Van Buren 'strip' but mostly occupied by longterm tenants.
It does not have kitchens, and visitors are not allowed.
