Great place for all your car wash needs. The staff here very friendly and truly define what customer service is supposed to be like. Jeremy assisted me with my mats informing me about the products and services. If your reading this, try them out.

They will make you take their promo and promise to cancel your purchase anytime. But they will give you hardtime canceling it. Been going back to their shop 3 times and still they can't do something about my money back. The supervisor acting he didn't even know me this is the 3rd time he promise to fix it but didn't do anything.

Cool car wash in Schenectady. I travel a lot and I’ve never experienced a business like this. Jeremy and Eli are proper mates. 10/10, 5 stars is not enough.

I love getting my car washed here. They have all the things that I need to detail my car. And Jeremy goes above and beyond to make sure that my car smells and looks great.

In February of 2023, I followed the online process to cancel my unlimited membership and stop the automatic payment from coming out of my account. I cancelled my membership because I move from NY to SC. I did not receive a response and the automatic withdrawal continued. In July of 2023, I was in NY and went to the carwash to resolve this matter in person. The manager assured me he cancelled my membership and the automatic withdrawal would be stopped. As of today, 8 mo. later, they continue to withdrawal $42.13 from my account every month and I can't get them to stop.

Customer service is over the top, but my car is still dirty.

There was a very kind worker name Bryan. He did an extremely kind act for me. I haven't paid my credit card bill yet and because of it, I couldn't get passed the scanner to enter the car wash. Instead of turning me away, the worker named Bryan allowed me to enter for free. I highly recommend Bryan. He is a man of integrity. I'll make sure to pay my bill for next time .

Eli is one of the best workers there I have ever seen. He has high positive Energy and not only that keeps a smile on his face while handling 3 people at once including myself! The carwash is pretty great as well!

Bryan was very helpful about a month ago. He assisted me at the check in desk and let me know when my next upcoming monthly payment was going to be and has always been helpful when spaces were filled up and took a moment to check on an opening after my car gone through the was.
