Visited Stateline twice during our five-night state in South Lake Tahoe. It is located on the lower level of the Heavenly Village Shops, with three locations and types of stairs leading down, as well as an elevator. Very cleaver. They also had outside dining along the walkway, but we chose to dine down below. Our first visit was a quick, shared nacho dinner, along with a delicious margarita for me, and a beer of some type for my husband. It took a while to get service once we were seated and provided water. But we asked for a waiter and Nathan gladly came over. There is a shortage of staff and learning curve, he explained as he apologized. No problem, we said. Second visit we went for an early dinner and were pleased to have Nathan again. We started with what seemed to be an over-priced Bavarian Pretzel, which came with three sauces: Honey mustard, spicy brown mustard, and house-made Queso. It was huge. We didn't finish it. For dinner, I had the Cobb Salad with "oven roasted turkey" and was disappointed that it was merely deli meat. The rest of the salad was tasty, including perfectly ripened avocados, and bleu cheese would have loved a bit more of that. The margaritas were just as delicious. My husband had the Bacon Jam Burger with Tater Tots the best tater tots he ever had. He enjoyed the burger as well. For dessert, we shared the White Berry Cheesecake with Berry Compote. We did not experience the full complement of whiskeys they have, but it was plentiful from the size of its own menu. Nathan gave us a little off our bill because I wasn't satisfied with the Cobb. Highly recommend.
Got a selection of the Burgers which were over done for me but otherwise okay. The basement dining is too dark to see the food well as it is lit with lights on strings only next to well lit open kitchen. This makes it seem darker. The service was quick. The server refused to split the ticket on our 4 top into 2. Any restraunt that makes you follow up your meal with a conversion about who owes who money is not great fun.... over all just ehhh.
Absolutely amazing Bourbon selection. You name it, it’s here, including stuff you can’t name. That said the selection doe come at a cost that unfortunately put some of my bucket list pours just out reach. Didn’t try and food but the bartender was awesome and very friendly. Couple of old fashioned to wrap the day where just what the doc ordered.
The food wasn’t that great for a brewery but the service and location was neat. The wings were just kinda ok and the sandwich’s and burgers were kinda ok too.
4.5 for service, 3.75 for food If you’re coming here on the weekend, make sure that you make a reservation or else be prepared to wait! This place is also dog friendly which is awesome. The space is huge, and I loved the open concept. Lots of tvs around so it’s great if you want a good meal and catch the big game. They also brew their own beers here so we had to try it. The wheat and the peach were both really good. As for food, our group got the pretzel, chili, Philly steak and the spicy burger. They were all great. I liked the burger a lot, it gave a nice kick. The queso is great that comes with the pretzel. Service was really good, our waitress was attentive and super friendly.
Decent food - terrible service. Ordered a pizza with no cilantro. Sure enough, my food comes covered in cilantro. The service was slow, and yet the waitress put the automatic 18% gratuity on the check. Total bull.
Great brewery atmosphere! Quick and friendly service! The cooks…all I can say is thank you! The absolute best fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life! I’m from Oklahoma, so it’s not hard to have better fish than what I would have back home… but… I’ve had it in many different states…my boyfriend is from Santa cruiz, CA, and has had plenty of fish and chips… and hands down is above anything he’s had from the coast-without a doubt! He got the Reuben-and was also the best sandwich! The fries….amazing… I had a Maggie’s mule and honestly, the best drink you could have… if you like ginger beer... I feel like they nailed it all!Perfection I wish I could take them home with me! If you don’t eat here, you are seriously missing out!!! If it was possible to give more stars I would. This place is the best!
We ordered a flight and flavors were so delicious!!! Luckily I found vegan food and was good. I saw a beautiful puppy inside so I guess is pet friendly the waitress was very kind. I highly recommend it!
Loved this place! I’m not sure if we were hungry from skiing but I thought this was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!! My husband got a burger and said it was great too. Service was good as well! The only complaint would be, we went back because we loved it so much and they were closed at 11 am on a Monday… we were close to blizzard conditions so that could have been the reasoning, but there was no sign on the door notifying of a close.
Food was excellent. I was a little surprised because of the reviews but everything was tasty and fresh. Big selection of whiskey and beers were tasty. Our server was amazing and so efficient. The only issue is the acoustics in the place are terrible and makes the place really loud.
