We go to a lot of campgrounds and I couldn't believe the amount of rules and signage with restrictions that there were. Including a sign about no taking selfies in the bathroom We have small children and spent the weekend basically waiting to be yelled at for everything they did. Location was good, pool looked nice but was closed most of the day for thunderstorms so we didn't get to use it for more than 10 minutes before getting shuffled out. They didn't advertise an activity schedule, so we had no idea when bingo was. Everyone was friendly enough but definitely couldn't relax and enjoy our time as much as we normally do. We will not be going back.
Stateline is a great place their staff are so kind and helpful. The pool slide is a great and will provide plenty of fun for kids big and small. Nice firepits with grill grates for cooking and there wood is top notch and even hard wood best for cooking over and dutch oven cooking. When leaving since it was a holiday weekend they had a staff member helping at the dump station and I didn't even need to break out my own stinky slinky he was hooking it up before I got out of my truck. Wife won a chili cook off and we were gifted nice place mats and money to the camp store. One of our best camping weekends. Nearby activities: Brewery
We finally tried camping at Stateline! We rented a deluxe cabin, which included kitchen, fridge and AC. The site was large and very grassy. Also included a fire pit, chairs and deck area. The theme was Christmas in July, the entire camp store, office, staff was decked out with holiday decor. The campground offered tons of activities for my kids including free crafts, playground, sports, a beautiful pool with a water slide, boating, lake for fishing, snowball fight, snow foam party, karaoke and so much more! They had several adult events including an adult 21+ party and cornhole/horseshoe tournament. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the park, how friendly campers were and how dedicated the staff were to safety and ensuring everyone had a great time. We had a great time and will certainly be back!
This was our first time camping here. There were alot of activities and the pool was nice. Not sure what time quiet hours start, but they definitely were not enforced. There were very loud guests into the early morning hours and dogs barking. The campsites are small and some are difficult to get in and out of
We recently stayed at Stateline Campresort and our visit was great. They had entertainment a Band one night and DJ on the next, also crafts for children and adults. WE WILL BE BACKService: 5/5
Came here for a family vacation with little ones to be kept awake by overly drunk people vomiting near our camp site in the middle of the night. The d cvs amp sights are too close together. However the staff did refund our money and were very apologetic. The pool was nice though.
First time here. Very clean and extremely safe. Sites were a bit tight. I like the unbelievable security that goes 24/7. Everyone was very friendly especially the campers themselves. They had a lot of fun activities including a carnival. While the carnival games were fun, I was discouraged that each activity including the bounce houses required tickets that cost money. It would have been more enjoyable for both the parents and children to just have fun and not worry about having to buy tickets. The food was a bit pricey considering it is a campground but it certainly was delicious! I will say they generously refunded us for something which was very kind. All that said, we will return in the future.
Great place to have great family fun! The grounds are well taken care of by the best grounds keepers. The bathroom are clean, arcade has a great selection to keep the kids busy, pool is clear and has a water slide, activities for kids and adults, kayaks and boat rentals with 4 ponds that connect somewhat LOL! We have so much fun at Stateline that my kids forget we have a real house. Everyone here knows you quickly and are always watching out for each other’s kids, family and property. Just a nice peaceful family oriented park. Recommend this place for a great FAMILY vacation!
I feel absolutely awful rating this campground so low, but it honestly reflects my experience here recently. I came here only on the advice of family members. Our site was 138. Upon first arrival and placement of the camper, a complete mess of the campsite was made due to how soft and wet the ground was. Needless to say, it was a mud pit. The sites are VERY close together. This site did have water and electric hookup, and gray water waste but did not have not sewage. The bathrooms closest to our site was closed during the weekdays which was an inconvenience. The only open bathroom had the same trash in the shower for three days. Leaving me to believe if they simply couldn't pick that up they certainly weren't cleaning anything else. Considering how far the bathrooms were we used our own in the camper at night. Upon calling Friday morning to inquire about a pump out the woman stated "it would have to be an emergency and its $60"- I was flabbergasted considering most places its $10-$20, and at our most recent camping experience it was a complimentary service. The staff around the campground itself were friendly. However, the woman on the phone appeared snippy and the atmosphere in the front office wasn't that jovial except for the young man who checked us in. The seasonals WILL yell at you to slow down, regardless of how slow you're driving just expect this. The campground does offer a pond but its not for swimming. They do have a VERY nice pool. HOWEVER, at the first sound of some thunder it is shut down I do get for safety purposes, but this was annoying. In regards to location, its not the best. Poor wifi connection They're honest about that right up front There really isn't much to do for adults. I do believe Stateline has potential, It did have wonderful grounds for children including a park, a pavilion and a super cool game room. Also had themed events for children. It was fairly priced. However, I can't really say I recommend or would come back here. Not a place for an adult get away; more of a place to bring your kids to let them swim and be entertained.
Nice clean camp, mostly for seasonal campers. Ad says new sites with full hook ups. If they were there they were for regulars. We have been camping for years and never have had to pay to use the dump site in the camp we were staying in. At Stateline they do have a dump site that cost $10.00 if you use it. If you want pump out service that's$20 and if emergency, get ready $40. If you put out a rug it must be a certain size or you will be fined for not removing it. We did meet two workers who were very helpful with supplying us with a gray water drain. I have never had to use one before, they also helped in assisting in parking my 32 ft motorhome in our 38 ft spot, which was a pull through.. Although there were more level sites which were dryer ours was at the bottom of the hill were the water settled and turned the grass to swamp. At this time of year with a lot of open sites they could be more accommodating. Like I said very nice setting but you pay a lot for everything. Oh and I forgot to mention if you have a dog it's $5.00 a day per dog. We will not return to this camp again.
