I truly appreciate the level of professionalism shown by the two ladies working at this storage facility. Big shout out to Madeline for her amazing service. It’s always nice seeing someone who truly cares about and enjoys their job. She has helped me out tremendously by guiding me through the legalities and expectations of the facility. I’ve had a Great experience with StaxUP Storage and with its management. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Thank you Madeline for your hard work and professionalism.
Maddie has been great and very helpful every time I have needed any assistance. Always see her trying to keep the place clean and organized. Very big place to take care of and she does a great job!!! Thank you for all your help and happy energy Maddie!!!
I have used a couple different storage centers in the past and this one by far is the best! I love how secure the area feels! Leah was a big help as well! She was super friendly and gave me all the information I needed!
Advertised as a drive up 10 x 17 unit. Which should have been more than enough space to fit my Honda CR-V. Renters beware it was not 10 as they were claiming. Could not fit my car and had to wait 30 minutes for the manager after I had an appointment already scheduled. Very unprofessional and false advertising!!!!
The “manager” was extremely rude, made me cry and made me extremely uncomfortable to leave my stuff and unfortunately I already paid a month but I’m not even going to store anything and just cut the $177 as a loss. I have never rented storage and wasn’t aware you needed to put “*” before the gate code and a “#” after. When I was right in front of the gate, I called wondering how to get in bc it wouldn’t open, the woman verified my account but then literally ignored me AND could definitely see me through the office. She hung up the phone on me and when i called back she was using her personal cellI could see the office from the gate. I asked to speak to someone else please and she told me she was the manager and the only person on duty. The encounter only got worse and basically I will never rent storage again without meeting the staff, these are the people surrounding your sentimental and personal belongings.I’m not sure her name but this happened Thursday July 22 around 11:30 am UPDATE: they left me a comment saying to call them with further details and i’ve called three different days and left a voicemail with my phone number each day and still no response. what is it with this company ???
I immediately was called back after making a reservation, I was able to immediately move in. I moved in on a monthly deal and got the next month free either way it goes if you move in for free and you pay the second month up front You're still getting a month free. The customer service was great I would recommend this facility to anyone by the way I went to the one in El Cajon. I was moved in by Ms Leah. Thank you.
This is a great storage facility. The place is very clean all the time. The manager is amazing at her job. It's in a safe location. They have fair prices and they inform you on everything to insure your safety of your belongings.
I've been a loyal customer for appxly 6yrs, all their staff , especially Leah have always been very helpful to me. This would be an excellent choice for anyone looking for long time storage. Yrm
First time here and the place is immaculate, absolutely clean and enclosed for safety. The prices are great and the security is guaranteed. Madelynn was the absolute best at answering my questions and gave a great tour of the facility.
My fiancé and I were in need of last minute storage and decided to take a ride down to StaxUp. We were greeted by Madelynn who was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. Madelynn made the whole process very seamless and easy to understand. The facility is very clean and they also provide a lock which most places do not do. Thank you Madelynn and StaxUP!!
