Steak Escape

This place is terrible, 20 minutes waiting for 1 sandwich? What the hell happened to this place? I wished for yahoo John's as a kid and we had to get orders out in under a minute in drive through... very disappointedFood: 4/5

The price on the menu did not reflect what they charged. The Financial difference was unimportant to me in the long run, but it is definitely the principle of the matter. If we're going to charge $2.34, then don't put $2.00 on the menu board.Food: 5/5

Food tastes prettt well. They were able to make accomidations to the sandwhich. Staff seemed like they not want to be there. Bathrooms were gross. There was old bodily fluid on the floor and seat.Food: 4/5

The Grand Escape was so good. I think I went into a food coma.Food: 5/5

Got my food home and took a few bits of my sandwich and bit into a plastic bread tie. Manager supervisor didn't really seem to care was told to call back tomorrow.

My grand escape sandwich was disgusting. The mushrooms weren't cooked. It only had 2 slivers of onions. The green peppers were huge and uncooked. They gave me the butt of the tomato. By far the worst Philly Cheese steak I've ever had. The girl working the drive thru was very polite though. That's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

I miss my local steak escape so it's special to for me to get one, but somehow it just doesn't taste the same even the fries taste differently,and i thought at one time they were the best fries of any restaurantFood: 3/5

Taco John's side was fine but the sandwiches at steak escape were terrible. No seasoning, extra veggies we asked and paid for were non existent and hardly any meat on them. We had regular size and barely enough for a small. We were NOT impressed. We used to love steak escape and this is the last one in our area. Can't see it lasting much longer if this is how they present their food.

This was our 3rd time here, usually steak sandwiches are so good, but not this time. Over $30 for 2 sandwiches, fries and a drink. Not worth the price!!!!!Ordered the steakhouse sirloin sandwich and it was the worst. Way too much A1, no bacon or American cheese. The poor new kid behind the register asked for help a few times and all he got was rolled eyes. There was a lot of people working so not sure why they couldn't help and make the sandwiches right!!!
