I just want to say that Steed Todd funeral home has made my experience easier to deal with, they've made me feel so very welcomed in my time of need, it was almost as if I was family. I was at a lost time in my life, and they helped me with the insurance company. The staff at Steed todd has been very kind to me. Without them, I would not have been able to cope with the everyday struggles. They are the best to me. Even if it just to talk.
The Steed-Todd Funeral Home was professional, sympathetic, and very caring throughout the entire process, when I was totally overwhelmed. Even when I returned from the memorial service, which was across the country, they called to check on me to see if I needed anything. They were very timely in ensuring I left with the prayer cards and folders for the rest of my family. I would like to personally thank you Mr. Anthony Anaya, who was my funeral service intern.
Natalie and her staff were very professional and their attention to detail was very much appreciated. As difficult as this time was for our family we were extremely pleased with how beautiful the services turned out. We were also grateful for Natalie going above and beyond in helping out our family with hotel accommodations for all of our guests who traveled from out of town. This was a very emotional time and the efforts and thoughtfulness put forth by everyone was outstanding. I highly recommend Steed Todd Funeral Home!
Steve and his crew at Steed Todd Funeral Home were amazing. The compassion that they showed during this difficult time was very heartfelt. They showed the same compassion when my brother passed away and that was the main reason my mom always said to choose them when it was her time to pass. Steve treated us with sincere empathy and made sure everything was done beautifully in order to honor our mom. I appreciate all that him and his crew have done for us! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
Natalie is by far the best person I've ever worked with professionally, especially during such a difficult time. She showed my family so much compassion, patience, and care. I could tell management wasn't super pleased with all the time we needed for numerous things, but Natalie never blinked an eye at anything we needed. After-death arrangements aren't easy or cheap. It's been months, and she's still checking in on us. Frankly, my family and I will follow her wherever she goes, so long as it's local. I hope Steed Todd knows how good they have it with her! You found a gem! Don't let her go. People like her are worth their weight in gold.
Steed Todd FH was so amazing throughout the entire time. We couldn't thank them enough. They all did their best to ensure we were taken care of. Truly humble. Thank you all for your help with everything and God bless.
I want to Thank Natalie and all other staff members of Steed Todd Funeral Home for being so accommodating and compassionate during such a hard time in our lives. They helped make our experience so much better than expected when having to deal with such a great loss in our family. Over the course of just this last year, I have struggled through losing three of my closest and dearest family members, but I feel like I've gained a great and supporting friend with Natalie. She took the time to answer all questions and phone calls and offered any and all help, going above and beyond to make this time in our lives go as smoothly and stress free as possible. Thank you all again.
When I lost my sister to cancer, I found myself planning yet another funeral. I chose Steed-Todd because both of my parents funerals were held there. After the funeral home took my sister’s body I called and made an appointment to arrange her service and went in the following day. I was met by Natalie who could not have been anymore supportive, sympathetic or any nicer.She was an angel sent by God! She took her time to talk with me, to get to know my sister a bit and went way above and beyond to help me to show my sister a dignified, beautiful military service. When my brother came two days later we had an appt. with Natalie who again went over everything again for him. She helped me pick out the music, who was going to do the service, and she even put together her own video with music and additional pictures. She stayed late one time and came in early the day of the service so that we could have the time to make sure everything was in place for the service. She moved tables and podiums so that we could video the service for those who could not make it in. I could go on and on but will find a stopping point by saying that Steed-Todd is lucky to have Natalie. Also, I forget the name of the girls in the office who went the extra mile by finding American flag pins and placed one on EVERY memorial card.That was very special to myself and my family.
