*the sfpd has mutual aid agreements with surrounding districts- when a big incident is occurring and requiring more assistance the sfpd responds accordingly to assist, with the same agreement that those departments also respond to assist us when needed
*the sfpd is also part of the region I task force- duties include mutual aid response to areas in need of assistance for natural disasters, man power or apparatuses on bigger fires or incidents
