I agree with the other negative reviews about this lawyer. I also found him to be rude, argumentative, uncompassionate, shaming, and inconsiderate. He contradicts himself and takes it out on clients- he seems to have anger issues and a problem controlling that anger. He doesn’t take into account his clients’ feelings. Raising your voice to a client and making them feel like the dirt under your shoe is never acceptable or appropriate. I have so many things to say, but I’m blown away by how I was treated by him. It’s very disappointing. He needs to grow some empathy and be kinder. The world can be cruel enough and clients seeking his help have often been in tough employment situations. The last thing people need is meanness. I advise people to go elsewhere. He responds to my review with “You can’t please everyone”- you could please a lot more people with basic human kindness and respect. That goes a long way. And your response minimizes your behavior and invalidates the actual experience you created- that is the reality. Please think about your behavior as it seems to be a pattern for you. I hope you’ll do better in the future.

Ben is super knowledgeable, super helpful, and truly takes his time to simply hear his clients. Him and Vanita were kind, honest, responsive, and walked me through every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine a better team!

Left a message around 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. FInally received a return call on Tuesday late afternoon. IF THATS HOW YOU TREAT POTENTIAL CLIENTS. Takes you 4 days to return a call?  Sorry, not much confidence in you. Pathetic honestly.

If you want an attorney who will go above and beyond, listen to your needs and provide you with absolute clarity on your situation Ben is the one to go too! Benjamin helped me out on countless occasions and will fight tooth and nail for what you deserve, don't hesitate he will get the job done!

Don't! Just don't with this lawyer! He should be disbarred!
