This store looks like a low end discount store like a Ross store.  staff were not helpful and didnt seem to want to be bothered.  Tried to inquiry about home storage items and response was was “don’t bother me”.  tired towards 2 other employees and bother walked away before I can ask a question. The lighting and overall atmosphere is very bad.  This is one place to avoid.

Love Stein Mart!  This store has provided me the ability to purchase hundreds of beautiful blankets to donate to cancer patients in memory of my son! I thank you and pray that the  business will survive the pandemic.

Bought two pair of leggings from a two tier  table with sign $19.99. When I got home noticed I was  charged $24.99. I called the store and was told the $19.99 was only the bright colored pairs. Wow. What a rip off to the customers.

Went out of business for a reason!!! Went there to buy fixtures and the manager in charge of the fixtures sale wanted to charge for use  fixtures same price as i can buy them new in other places. She wasn’t honest at all! And have an answer for everything. Plus she is a very RUDE lady!  Very disappointed!

This is a very nice Steinmart. My friend stalks this place going at least once a week and finds really nice items.  I don't have as much luck  but recently found a few items on sale that have worked great.  This store is always neat and the salespeople very nice.

I went to Stein Mart specifically to look for their Charleston threads brand of drawstring linen pants. I saw them online and decided to go to the store first to see them and try them on in person. However they did not have them in the store nor did they know when they would get any.  They had another brand in the store and I tried them on but they did not have my size available. So I was not really able to accomplish what I wanted to do. Overall I do like Stein Mart however, sometimes they have low inventory or do not have what you're looking for.

Had to return an item without tickets but had receipt hassel was told i should have kept the tickets on the dress. Well how was i supposed to know the dress would have flawed spots in the material. They dont cosider the time it takes to you to return an item i bought it because i liked it but do not like the feeling of less than when i enter the store. Have a feeling wont be going back for awhile. Love their clothes just not the attirude of manager and staff

I love the Daytona Beach location store, staff is always friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Edith who searched the entire store for me, while I was looking for an item. She was able to set is aside for me after she found it so I could pick it up at my convenience. Excellent customer service.

I used to LOVE Steinmart. I always found a great buy. Not so much anymore, it's become hit and miss but still MUCH nicer than the likes of Ross, Marshalls, etc.

Store was ok prior to covid. On-line orders though are a mess and counter intuitive especially if you are using a discount or gift card. Do not waste your time ordering here.
