I've been referred here a few times and overall, I'm very happy with their radiological service. I have had trouble getting an answer by phone. Their front staff however has been both difficult and excellent. Fortunately, I was able to reach Andrea who I think is the reception manager and she is fabulous. They do want you to be there 30 min prior to your appointment which combined with a delay can make your wait more frustrating. At least when I met Andrea she gave me the choice to stay or return and information up front and options made it a much better experience.
Very crowded, very slow, they don't concern themselves with appointment times. Still waiting...
