I ordered 4 dining chairs. They’re really nice and sturdy. I’m okay with them but I’m not okay that they came in a Ashley box. If I wanted Ashley furniture I would’ve went to Ashley. I don’t buy Ashley furniture due to an issue with them in the past. Their website didn’t say they are not from Steinhafels. That’s why I give them only 1 star.
Steinhaffles had a Labor Day sale where I was able to buy 2 twin mattresses for $68 each! I'm handy so I plan on building a regular bed with roll out bed underneath for my daughter. The sales associate what friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating!
My husband and I stopped in today and purchased a king sized mattress and an additional queen mattress for our son. The sales associate in Oshkosh was very knowledgeable and did not try and sell us something outside of our undisclosed budget. We both appreciated the no pressure sales style. As soon as we entered the store the clerk told us about 2 free giveaways. The first promotional giveaway was an air fryer and the second free item was a 50’’ tv if we purchased approximately $3000 in merchandise. We easily met the $3000 and she told us numerous times that we would receive the free tv, YEAH US! Unfortunately we didn’t receive either promotional product, a $200 merchandise credit for Steinhafels or a $100 Cabellas gift card. All of these gifts were mentioned by the clerk because she was confused as to what day/date today was. We even upgraded the king box spring to an adjustable frame therefore didn’t get the free king standard box springs. We asked if she could still give us the tv but she simply said no. This was very disappointing, especially considering she talked to us about her commission! Courtney Jacobitz
Called over the phone on 4 sealy queen mattresses that i needed for our cabin up north. The gentleman i talked to on the phone was very polite an could hold them for me over the phone. He made all the arrangements for them to get them to the appleton store so i could pick them up there an save me some time. I Was very satisisfied w my experience. Everything was completed over the phone in 5 minutes. Thank you !!
Cody Hammer at the Oshkosh store is extreamely knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing the perfect matress. I appreciated the non pushy environment of the store, and the matress quality is fantastic. I never leave reviews but this service was exceptional! When you go here, make sure to ask for Cody.

Not impressed with the delivery people. Very rude. And never recieved any of my additional add ons for purchasing. And don't try and get ahold of anyone....they don't call nack.
