I came in the store pretty late Monday night with the understanding that they were open 24hrs. The selection was awesome but the big man with the black poofy hair was so rude. I have never had such terrible customer service. He told my bf they’re open 24hrs but rushed me out. Told me he didn’t have the key to any cases for any products. Kept his back turned to me and kept saying “are you all set?” He was so incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I was excited to look around this place for my first time and I was so let down. My suggestion is to hire some real help; someone who is at minimum respectful.
Great shop but it's almost impossible to get in after 1:30am as the doors are almost always locked. So much for 24/7
I absolutely love love LOVE this vape store ! And vapes pens are soooooo affordable unlike those vape shops that up charge you I’ll continue to keep coming back !
I'm seeing people calling this place customer service friendly but that is simply not true. Maybe for SOME of the customers but I know that I've personally been turned away for service or told I have to wait indefinitely until the store is completely clear in order to be provided customer services even when I am on a time crunch and have to get to work. It's disgusting how the cashier is allowed to he so rude. I don't believe this happens to everyone either, there is no way the manager could be allowing the cashier to tell customers to WAIT until the store is clear. I asked for the managers number and haven't had a chance to call but I haven't forgot and WILL be escalating this.
I've been coming here for years. Everyone is awesome and everything I need is always available because there are such a great variety of products. Step in food rocks.

This store still has the best selection of literally everything you’d want from a quick stop store, but most importantly everyone who works there is friendly.
Awful experience. Bought a vape and brought it back the next day because it didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about it. Ridiculous.
