Good selection of furniture. What we wanted was in stock and is delivering in less than two weeks. Patrick was awesome and very helpful. His knowledge of the brands and decorating made the decision easy. We were allowed to look without any pressure and Patrick was there when we needed him. Easy check out process with zero % financing was a plus. I can’t wait to get our furniture, especially my heated, massage recliner. Two thumbs up
My sales associate's name was Sam. She went above and beyond today. I don't usually post reviews however Sam was too good not to give public praise. In a world where customer service is declining, Sam patiently explained all my options. She even went out of her way to make sure I understood my payment options, delivery plan, and furniture protection plan. Thank you Sam for taking the stress out of my buying experience and making sure I was comfortable.
Our experience today was GREAT. We worked with Laura Pasco and she was very knowledgeable about all the furniture we had question on. She greeted us nicely and allowed us to stroll through the store at our pace, not crowding us. She was excellent at her job. She helped us purchase more furniture than we had originally planned to, but it was a GREAT suggestion. If we need any other furniture, we will be contacting Ms Pasco. I was graced with an awesome saleswoman who was very pleasant to work with. She explained and answered my questions thoroughly, and she was very personable. After showing me several pieces of desired furniture choices, she gave me time and space to revisit them and think through my decision without being over-bearing. Great experience!!
My experience was fast fun and friendly. Mrs. Melanie Christmas-Bell greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I informed her of what I was looking for and she assisted me with a great attitude and with enthusiasm! Order not delivered. Delivery time was changed on the day of delivery. I should have ordered from the Kennesaw location, the agents are more helpful and professional. Update: I spoke to 2 associates at the Douglasville store before posting my review and therefore do not need to send an email on an issue that the store is aware of every detail.
We met with Patrick Connor at the Douglasville, GA location. He was the most knowledgeable representative we’ve ever experienced, and we have a good amount of furniture from rooms to go. We spent almost 2 hours with him. He was patient, informative, educated on all of the products and an amazing resource. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a better representative. Having the app to search different styles before heading to the store was great. Mr. Carlos was very informative, attentive, and patient.
