I have never seen children so excited to visit their dentist as much as my nieces and nephew! The Dr. is very professional, friendly and kind. the facilities are top of the art.
The best dentist ever! I wish I could give a 10 star rating. I have 4 boys and every experience we have had with the entire staff has been above and beyond our expectations. They take such good care of my boys and they make sure to go way out of their way to ensure my boys visits are always a positive experience. We have taken our son there since his first dental exam. We recently had a missed appointment as he was sick and unfortunately we did not call. He was sick. Our newly rescheduled appointment needed to be rescheduled. I called Friday regarding the Tuesday appointment but of course they were closed. VM said to call next business day. Planned to call Tuesday as Monday followed the fourth and assumed it was closed. Charged $50.00. Super disappointing after being a Patient for so long. We unfortunately will not be patients any more. Won’t do business with some who charges fee for missed appointments, especially during Covid!!!
We have nothing but great things to say! Lets put it this was, when we left our latest appointment my son said:: " Mom, Dr. Beck is my favorite Doctor! He is a pretty cool guy!!" Called to get an appointment for a toothache and they couldn’t see him until December. He is in pain and they could not refer me to another office.
Super friendly staff members always puts a smile on my face.
