I went hereto get my subs and a new head unit put in by Richard and he went above and beyond spending extra time with me setting my equalizers and making sure it sounded just the way of wanted it too. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone looking to put in a radio. This guy really knows his stuff and he does an awesome job working with you and getting your radio working right.
Fair prices for equipment and installation. The owner has been doing car and home stereo systems for 43 years and knows what he's doing. Highly recommend for those who want top quality sound without spending a lot of money
Rich is an expert at installing stereos and there is no denying that; however, he is pretty rude and has poor customer service skills. If you want the full experience of a store with good customer service and expert abilities, you should go elsewhere.
I've been going to Stereo Lab since my Dad bought me my first system in 7th grade. I can't believe people would actually complain that they bought a piece somewhere else and he won't install it - have Amazon install it for you! Does he come over as warm and fuzzy - not really, does he lead you in the right direction and take care of the stuff he sells - absolutley!
Called to ask for price to install. However i didnt know he didnt install other peoples products. He told me " He had so much to do and he isnt going to put other peoples products in". His customer service is horrible amd xomes off as an ass****. Way over priced for installation. Dont advise anyone going to this place.
Screw this guy! He cut my RCA cables knowing that I was getting a new subwoofer from a closer shop and doesnthat and now cost me even more money then I had to spend! This guy has a little man syndrome! I advise going to BOOM Audio in Binghamton NY
Nasty old man who needs a attitude adjustment has no sense of customer services skills not willing to work with you even if you bring a radio from some one else quoted from his mouth "why would I install something from my competitor, those are the people who put me out of business just sticking there products out on the shelve with no install and why don't you have a young kid put it in any idiot would know my installation is easy to install another radio with" then when asked is there anywhere else that would install my radio NO! But if you bring your product back to the store and buy my product I'll install it". Not gonna happen when your product is triple the price it is worth and then you charge to install for the same thing at your competitors for less and to top it off maybe you should rethink why you don't get business and your low on money to pay your bills triple what normal stores want and rude customer service no one wants that type of experience in today's society exspecailly when shopping for something nice for your car.
