I have lived here many years. With time the area around the development has gotten worse. However the place has security and the staff is top of the line. The grounds are kept beautifully. Love it. Will miss this place. So many great memories there w my kids. It was time for a bigger home. From Dolores to Mathew and Robinette and Andrew my time there was more than great!
First I’ve been here for about 13 months. I signed another lease because this is convenient and cheap, NOT because I want to live here still. First my counters are uneven in my kitchen and I’ve had roaches all over. They only come around sometimes but I’m not a messy person. I don’t leave food out. I clean up the counters and I keep my apartment clean. My water randomly gets turned off and will be turned back on 20 mins later with no notice even though I pay my rent on time every month. I waited 3 almost 4 weeks for them to fix my damn A/C in the middle of the summer. And now my back door is leaking from the rain. I understand that maintenance can’t really do much when it’s pouring down rain but Delores should not be rude to people when they call to let them know something is wrong. This is not my first time receiving attitude from her. My bestfriend lives here also and gets attitude from Delores every time we call. She argued with me about calling my patio door a back door lmao. Like I care what it’s called when it’s leaking into my apartment. The patio roof is also leaking and I like on the second floor. That’s not good structurally. On the other hand Matt is great.
My husband and I is new to the apartment complex and we are having the best time. We love that our complex is spacious and the balcony is one of our favorites spots in the apartment! The leasing office is very accommodating and friendly. There's a lot of green space and trees which we love knowing LV as a valley. Our apartment was ready, and we even received a welcome bag! That was just sweet. This is a place we will definitely recommend.
Love Sterling Park. I've returned twice. The office managers are great they always take care of me. The buildings are spaced out and covers in grass and huge trees. Its a little oasis. Everything is Near by too.
Nice peaceful place to live and centrally located. The landscape upkeep is top tier and I appreciate the effort the front office gives to keep a sense of community among tenants. Plenty of grass and big trees to hug! My apart is perfect for me!
If I could give 0 stars I would....the absolute worst. Cheap/old fixtures that break or come apart, roaches, mold, car break ins even with so called "security" on site...you get what you pay for. This place puts more money into the landscaping to attract people than it does fixing up old units...make sure they let you actually SEE the apartment before you sign a lease. I am honestly wondering where all these good reviews are coming from.

Worse place to live. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Plumbing is terrible, roaches everywhere and someone on staff stole my BBQ grill. I put 1 star but if I could it would be NO STARS
The people at Sterling Park apartments are so courteous and helpful. From the leasing professionals to the maintenance staff, they go over and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A great place to live!
We searched for an affordable and nice place for months until I stumbled across Sterling Park East. The leasing office staff are friendly and always make us feel welcome. They care about the place and its tenants. There's a lot of green space and trees, which I love. Kudos for working so hard to maintain the lawns and trees; it makes the place very relaxing and pleasing. The apartments are pretty spacious and include a balcony. Our apartment was ready, and everything was taken care of on our move-in day, and we received a welcome bag with some snacks to have while moving in! and some good quality kitchen accessories! That was really sweet. It made us feel we definitely found the right place.
