Going with Sterlin Storage was the best decision. It’s extremely affordable and reasonable for a temp controlled storage and the staff is amazing to work with. Dorris was the one who helped me out and she was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She helped me pick the right size storage for me and my needs. She helped us get the best deal possible and is such a kind person and really lifts my spirits when I interact with her. I highly recommend this storage unit to anyone.
This is a great storage facility that offers many different size units and are very clean as well. The Manager, Doris is a wonderful person who is very nice and pleasant to do business with and is very helpful in every way. The staff is professional and polite and will do their best to get you fixed up with the perfect unit for your storage needs. It is also a safe and secure facility which is a plus. If you're looking to store some things then drop by and talk to Doris so she can help you out.
Ms. Doris and her trainee Jamia are both wonderful nice people. They helped me with a unit that fitted my needs. They were extremely helpful and caring in the process. I highly recommend using this facility just because of them. The facility itself is well maintained and secured.

Omg I was helping someone unload their unit at this place. I was blown away at how clean, shiny and spotless it was! I just had to tell the 2 super sweet ladies how amazing it looked and come to find out 1 of the women cleans the entire place to to bottom! I was so impressed. I've never even written a review good or bad in my life. Had to brag on this place and people!
Doris and Janiah are amazing at what they do! They’re professional an Knowledgeable! Getting setup was so fast and easy! These 2 make you feel at home an give you a great peace of mind! Don’t look any further than Sterling Storage! These 2 women will get you setup!
I was so impressed with Janiah’s customer service!! She was very informative and knowledgeable. She made sure that my husband and I understood the move in process and made us feel welcomed to move our to this facility. Janiah also let me know they are big on security here which offered me peace of mind about my belongings be here. Prices are excellent. I highly recommend this storage facility.
This is one of the cleanest storage places that I have ever seen. And Mrs. Doris was the very best. She was very polite and showed great concern and was very courtesy. First time renting a storage and I don’t regret choosing this place. They had a great rent special as well which is what I think won me over. The customer service was great and fast with Ms. Doris and her trainee. Loved them both. Plan to stay here as long as I am in need of a storage. Place is really clean and put together.
I’ve rented several times at Sterling Storage and have always had a good experience, but this last time was truly exceptional due to the manager, Doris. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and caring. It was obvious she feels her work is more than just a job and that she truly cares about her customers. Doris is the definition of customer service and it has been a joy to know her.
